        We went with the all inclusive package of meals, yoga and spa treatments and were not disappointed. The grounds and pool are were excellent to relax in between sessions. The spa staff and yoga instructors were all very attentive. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would recommend to friends and family.

        Honestly great place. But the obvious arrogance of the owner as per previous reviews leaves a bitter taste. Would never go back due to this. Looking back my partner and I made a horrible decision to invest in their membership. We struggled financially after Covid, and placed our repayments on hold which they were happy to do so. Fast forward 3 years and due to out financially difficulties did not wish to continue with the membership, understandably did not expect a refund of $8000 but atleast some consideration of the amount that we paid to offer some benefit. Legally we had no grounds, but stupidly we expected this owner to have some sort of compassion, which he did not. The only way for us to look at it positively is thinking that we altruistically provided financial donation for an obviously struggling 5 star resort which although has incredibly fantastic staff, is held by two pillars of arrogance and entitlement, and will more than likely never gain any improvement due to his inability to take any criticism. We have taken this as a loss but this message is motivated by the anger of how we were dealt with, and needs to be considered by anyone that considers there to be a professional, ethical standard when dealing with customers. And just to add, as per his response below there is a lack of humanistic understanding from this person. It was OUR CHOICE to be financially restrained and therefore to ultimately lose $8000. Although no legal standing as per your well written contract, you as the owner have the capacity to offer something toward our $8000 deposit to which we had sort no benefit and to which you gained for doing absolutely nothing. When we had initially requested a refund when Covid had initially hit, you had declined stating that your resort was under financial scrutiny as a result of Covid. Now that you have made it clear that you are not, you may well have assisted us in receiving some kind of benefit after the $8000 we had already spent. Glad to hear you’re doing well, please continue to respond so you can continue to confirm your arrogance.

        After three weeks of backpacking Thailand I was looking for a place to relax for a few days while doing yoga so I booked the pure yoga retreat. The villa was incredible, the shower was definitely the highlight. I also met great people in the classes and the community table. However, I was left with a bittersweet feeling. I felt I was lacking information from reception when I first arrived. Stuff like the beach shuttle - I only learnt about it on my last day because the receptionist saw me leaving the resort (I was going to the shops nearby) and offered it to me. Also the community table, the sign is so small I only learnt about it because I was invited by other guests. I feel it should be a must to explain when guests first come in, especially solo travellers. Food - I didn’t know much about Ayuvedra food. Most of it was delicious but I wasn’t given any introduction and felt I was just fed and not really given a choice until one of the waiters told me I could have fish if I wanted which I then had to negotiate with the waitress the day after. Another day, I ordered a coffee after lunch and was told it’s not included. When all my meals are included I’d also expect a single coffee to be included in it too. The spa was good, the one time I used it when asked for prices and more info it was just too expensive. The gym was outdated and cramped. Yoga classes were good, very easy to follow and not hard if you are getting started. However, the room gets extremely hot especially for the 3pm class. Overall, after extending my budget, and paying over 10 times what I was paying for a night stay in other places in Thailand, to fit this resort in, it simply didn’t meet the expectations.

        We stayed at villa 104 and were on the wellness retreat program for 4 days. We overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel but would like to point out a few notes which if addressed could have improved our experience at this place: 1- Although we understand the wellness retreat included all three daily meals under a separate menu. We were disappointed to learn that from this separate menu, we were told on several occasions that our choice was “unavailable” which further limited our choice. 2- the kitchen service was very slow, since ordering, we had to wait almost 35-45 mins for a thin fillet of fish to be grilled with a salad. 3- Advance notice to customers to book their spa treatments should be provided before arrival. As a couple, our experience was that when we arrived, we were allocated to separate rooms and were told this was what was available. But nonetheless, we discussed with Mr. Sagar that this was a concern for us and that we preferred a couple room. He eventually adjusted the schedule and offered what we requested. So for others, we would recommend you book your daily treatments in advance.

        My wife and I stayed here for a week, and I'm not sure we've EVER stayed anywhere nicer. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is wonderfully responsive, helpful, and caring. They truly go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent, though I would suggest that if you want any "western" style drinks -- old fashioned, gimlet, etc-- you get out of your seat and go talk the bartender personally. He will do everything in his power to make your drink the way you want it. The location is a little out of the way from shops, restaurants, etc, but that also gives you the feeling of being in a tropical hideaway. I recommend Mangosteen wholeheartedly!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
