I like to highly recommended this accommodation, the location is great, nearby dongdaemun history & culture metro station. There’s three convenience stores around(7-11, Gs25). Also, the airport bus no.6001 is across the road, which is an advantage of taking a redeye flight traveler. The facilities is out of my expectation as well. There’s free laundry, relax room, gym room, library, cafe, three kitchens, and mail service etc. For foreigners, there’s even a wow pass machine inside the hotel’s mail room, which is for top up the wow pass. This is absolutely amazing. They are using a QR code for access the lift level and email the password for room access too. This is safe and the front door will locked after 22:30, which is using the room card to unlock for entry. The room style is like a campus accommodation. It’s plain and cozy, clean and silence. Also you can see the N Seoul tower of the view. Overall, I would love to stay again next time when I go to Seoul.

Overall: I really appreciate the double security: pass card and also room password. Great security and safe space, especially as I'm traveling as a senior solo traveller. Strong and stable WiFi at all areas. Helpful and friendly staff, fluent in English. Great facilities eg communal spaces, library etc. Clean and functional room. Amazing rooftop view. Beautiful view of Namsan and Seoul City from the rooftop. Great coffee place at 1F with delicious scones and cakes. Spacious and clean canteen and kitchen. Easy access to public transportation. Subway lines (blue and green) just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop in front of the hotel can take you directly to Myeongdong, Itaewon and Seoul Station. You can check the route online using Kakao Map app. The airport bus stop (6001) is just on the opposite side of the road, in front of the hotel. Costs KRW17,000 per trip to/from Incheon airport. Convenience stores and coffee shops are just around the corner (7Eleven, GS25, Ediya, Paris Baguette etc). Overall: Totally recommended especially for solo travellers. Provided: Shampoo Conditioner Body wash Hand wash Big and small towels Hairdryer Fridge Air-conditioning in the room (individually controlled). Bedroom slippers Clothes hangers Mineral water (water dispenser available at each floor, near lift) One complimentary room cleaning service per six nights. If required, can request for additional cleaning at KRW11,000. Not provided: Tooth brush Tooth paste Minor areas for improvement: The duvet sheet cover keep coming off because it's open ended ha ha ha. More frequent cleaning of the air conditioner in the room to prevent dustiness.

This is co-living, simply said is hostel, so do not expect it to be hotel. Location is strategic, right at DDP station Exit 4. No 24/7 reception, and the front door assessible by card/ qrcode to ensure safety however if you reached early like me at 7am, you could not enter unless someone coming out and you could just sneak in. Check in is strictly after 3pm, no chance even 10-15 minutes earlier. Rooms are clean, shared among 6 people. 2 bathrooms & toilets in each room. Common areas are to be shared, be it kitchen, laundry room, library and many others. Not for light sleepers as other residents may be coming back late or even speaking loudly on the phones. Overall, a rather pleasant experience but I'm going back to staying in hotels.

This is my first time staying in this hotel, and I am very pleased with it. It is a short walk from DDP, where Seoul Fashion Week is held. It makes my commute to work alot easier. My room was on the 14th floor, and I had a fantastic view of the Dongdaemun district. It's a small room, but it has all the amenities I need. The room is quiet and smoke-free, allowing me to work late into the evening. Because the single room was fully booked, I stayed in the bunk room alone. The air conditioner operates and I can open the windows for additional ventilation. Each bunk bed has a privacy curtain, which is fantastic. The only thing that requires some getting used to is the fact that the tap and shower head share the same switch, so I occasionally turn on the shower instead of the tap. Aside from that, the shower drains and dries well. I appreciate that there is a hot and cold water dispenser just outside my room, so I do not have to go to the kitchen in the middle of the night to get water. Since I'm a photographer, I find that there aren't a lot of electronic switches. I had to charge the battery for my camera in the bathroom. If there are going to be two people in the room, it would be helpful to bring a multi-plug. I went to the kitchen occassionally, and it is fully functional. Cooking supplies are provided. I also appreciate the recycling bins in the kitchen! Even though I didn't use the laundry facility this time, I was impressed by how many washers and dryers were there. Cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. Next door is a large Nike store (Hoop City). If you need a late-night snack, there is a convenient store right next to the accommodation. Egg Drop, BonJuk, Beef Stew Restaurant at Little Uzbekistan, Chimek restaurants and Paris Baguette are some nearby places to eat that you should try if you stay at this place. Oh, and just 200m away is a big pharmacy called Sejung that is friendly to travelers and stays open late. Lastly, please do not check out late, as you cannot re-enter the room thereafter. The door's password does not work. I was unable to access the room since I left a portion of my stuff unpacked when I left for work in the morning. The manager packed all of my belongings for me. In general, I enjoy the vibes of the establishment. While riding the elevator, I met people from various cultures and nationalities. I would highly recommend this location if you are traveling alone for work or with your siblings and friends.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
