The hotel is clean, and with a good ambience. The bar and counter are a little darker with a cosy feel. Breakfast is delicious and value for money spent. Get inside the hotel before 20:00 PM. There after you will see druggist people roaming streets. Not harmful though. It's just not good to see sight. You will also find Vietnamese, Turkish, Cafe, Bar, Pizza just next to the hotel building. So many options for dinner. The train station is just 2 minutes by walk. This is the easiest location for travellers to stay and start next journey. Overall, it's worth for price and ease for travel stay.

Good, economical, family hotel. Wasn't expecting it, but found out that it's s mainly a self-service kind of hotel; if you need something from reception, you call on the given number, but then have to fetch whatever it is that you want yourself. So if you're relaxing and need something, you need to dress back up and go downstairs. Otherwise, really nice staff. Breakfast was great, too!

The staff at the Manhattan Hotel is very friendly and professional what makes a trip/travel a lot more pleasant. Location wise it is close to anywhere as well as to the main train station. I would recommend to any of my friend to stay here. PS - the coffee at the lobby is from a barista, made out of coffee beans and not an espresso machine. Coffee lovers would understand. Thank you so much Samir and Celal for welcoming us gratefully and making us feel comfortable.

Service is worst ever!! Breakfast for VEGITARIAN is BIG NO. The attendant during breakfast is always says it is what it is, never full fill even tiny request. at one instance i asked for chilli flakes, she said we don't have in breakfast. if she wishes to serve she would have arranged it from KITCHEN. after all who do not have chilli flakes in kitchen?? Room is good warm, service is worst. inshort you are on your own. i would highly suggest find some good hostel instead.

We booked a room with two separate beds. special attention was paid to this. As a result, the room has one double bed. the service is bad. There are no extra pillows. The bathroom is not cleaned, the papers are in the trash bin.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
