        Was here back in Oct of 2023. Rooms are nice and Clean. They lack Windows and TV was an old an CRT. But the Hotel had a nice Pool, bar, Casino and Buffett Breakfast. The dinning at the Hotel is one of the better restaurants in that part of Manila with great Filipino food. Staff is really friendly and you can jump on the RT Trains just outside the hotel or walking distance to China Town. Across the street is a Laundry Service, Grocery Store, Money Exchange and a 7-11.

        Manila Grand Opera Hotel is a disappointment on multiple fronts. While the staff's friendliness prevents it from receiving a zero-star rating, the overall state of the facilities, rooms, and services leaves much to be desired. I would strongly advise potential guests to explore alternative accommodations for a more satisfying and comfortable stay. The elevators in Manila Grand Opera Hotel are a source of frustration, taking an unnecessarily long time to accommodate guests. This inconvenience adds a layer of discomfort to an already unsatisfactory experience. The rooms are a major letdown, being cramped and poorly maintained. The windows are so small that they hardly deserve to be called windows, and the lack of natural light exacerbates the feeling of confinement. Additionally, the ceiling in my room was leaking an unknown substance, raising serious concerns about the overall hygiene. Basic amenities in the bathroom, such as the exhaust fan, were non-functional. This oversight affects the overall comfort and functionality of the room.

        OK but NO SHUTTLE SERVICE - I stayed at this place with 3 other friends as we had an early flight the following day. We chose this hotel for the shuttle service although we found out (only when checking in) that the service is not available every second day. We ended up taking a Grab (Uber equivalent for south east asia), which turned out to be cheaper (700 php vs 1500 of hotel airport shuttle). Staff very friendly Overall OK experience (adapting expectations based on what paid)

        The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. It made it convenient for me to explore the city and return to a comfortable haven at the end of the day. The Staffs were friendly and helpful the service is like a 5star hotel.
