I have a quite a number of problems regarding this hotel when staying there but I will highlight the main points. 1. In terms of room service, on the first day on the hotel, they didn't clean the rooms we stayed in. 2. Air Conditioner (AC) wasn't working at all... Wasn't even making the room cold even if you leave the AC on for the whole day. 3. Food service. When we arrived in that hotel it was mostly Buffet and so they displayed all the foods there but in terms of dessert, they didn't even bother to ask and the next day i got to know about the dessert and was mostly ice cream so I ordered some flavors and some was not available and that's what they said but few minutes later whatever they said wasn't available went to other tables because they were foreigner and us we were indians so they mostly focused on them very well and on us was the worst service. 4. In terms of food availability, In the breakfast menu, it is just the same food... Croissant, Beverage, Cheese, Meat, and juice. 5. When we went for dinner a bit late, they said to us that the restaurant closes at 9 30 PM but when we came 15mins before the closing time, they packed everything saying restaurant is closed. 6. Mainly the restaurant servers on our table were behaving rude when asking for the menu or what we would like to order but the chef was super nice. Mainly the servers I was highly disappointed because at the end of the day they didn't even apologize and they were just behaving rude. 7. In terms of Bathroom services, they could only provide soap but no shampoo and when asked, the refused and said they don't provide that... But that is basically a need since the hotel is near a beach and after playing in the beach, they would wask their hair.

It's a cheap hotel with two very small swimming pools, No parking available, food is below average and service is deplorable. The washroom is very old with broken toilets and taps and foul smell. No hand sanitizer made available for guests and no air conditioner in the restaurant. Zero customer service as all staffs are non-locals amd do not understand simple basic english. There are better options available at Flic en Flac. Not recommended at all.

Stayed 4 nights in July 2023 I can recommend it if you want close to the beach and get it for a good price. + very helpfull and friendly staff. + nice, quit backyard pool place. + 50 meter to the sea. + close to restaurants. - room little worn and old. - bed was bad. Very worn out. - shower cabin with trouble getting right warm/cold. - breakfast was functional, but a bit boring and poorly presented.

The hotel is strategically located just opposite the beach on flic n flac. There is nice beach market opposite the hotel however the shops only open thrice a week.. hence expect disappointment. Further, do not take room no. 130/140 in Manisa hotel as there is a night club below these rooms. They are least bothered about your comfort and the music is played full volume till 3/4 am. I was a victim of this, and any no. of complaint will be of no use. The food is awesome and my special thanks to chef Mahipal Singh who took good care of us. We requested for Indian cuisine which he prepared very well. Overall good hotel ... having a lot of food joints next to it. However the breakfast and dinner spread is little.
