        Great stay at a great location. Close to LRT and Robinson Place. Grocery Store and restaurants near by. Street food vendors and local shops with souvenirs. Staff were all awesome and spoke English very well. They were helpful with directions and suggestions on attractions and food. 24 hr security at entrance and attend at front desk. Hope to stay here again. Good WiFi speed.

        I booked a stay but unfortunately had to cancel it because of unforseen circumstances. I contacted the hotel in advance, no one ever responded to me. Expedia spent three days trying to contact the hotel. I did not want to cancel the reservation, I just needed to change the dates, because I wanted to experience the hotel. It's just I could not due to my child having a fever. These morally corrupt individuals refused to even compromise or meet me half way. I did not even want a full refund, I was hoping for a credit, but you were not even willing to do that. Your policy is to take the entire booking funds, even if a person makes changes or cancels. I made the reservation on the 4th of July and I had until the 6th of July to cancel, but in reality I had less than 12 hours to cancel without losing the entire payment. If you needed money that bad, you can keep it. I would rather spend my money at a place that values my patronage, than trying to think of crafty ways to steal it. Also, it's in the small print but they use Malay time, so if you are in another country making a reservation, you may think you have more time, but you don't.

        I had a basic room at the Mannra & it was a very nice room. Everything was clean & pleasant. Rooms are card controlled, which is a useful facility. Staff were pleasant & helpful. This hotel is close to the center of Manila, but it has the feel of a small hotel, a positive aspect. There is no fridge in the room & the tarrif is room only.

        I was in Manila all last week to take care of some issues with the VA and US embassy. The location of the hotel was perfect, being right between the two. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were as comfortable as the price. Issues: 1.The road construction starts early and the windows are not sound proof so you WILL wake up when the jackhammers start. 2. The shower has more sharp edges than a silverware drawer. I don't know who designed it but he was sadomasochistic. Verdict: I will be happy to stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in Manila...as long as the road works are done or my room is on the other side of the hotel. Thanks for the pleasant and affordable stay, Mannra.

        The hotel is clean. Receptionist is nice but cleaning stuff is dishonest. I checked out at 3pm, but still stay at the hotel till 6pm because my flight was at 10pm. I forgot some clothes at the room but the cleaners did tell me while I were there for 3 hours. I rang the receptionist as soon as I got back home. I ask them to post back to my add I will transfer money to their bank account straight away BUT NO ANSWER... SOUND LIKE THEY WANT TO KEEP MY STUFF

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
