A perfect place to stay in Port Douglas! Our 1 bedroom unit was a great size, spa on the deck and pool access off the balcony! Oh and a stones throw to the main street for the fabulous restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely. Reception is incredibly difficult to get hold of. My partner left her brand new Apple phone charger plugged into the wall (she had to unplug a lamp to plug it in and turned the alarm clock face down). When we finally managed to reach reception, they said that no one had found the charger. The cleaning staff would have needed to unplug it to be able to clean the room for the next guests. Either the charger has been stolen or they are not cleaning the rooms between guests. Not impressed!

Great location and friendly staff. Room size was good and I liked the spa on the balcony. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Lots of space in pool area. Great location as it's right next to the main street. Just a few things need improvement, the hotel was more of 3 star feel rather than 4 stars. If you wanted new bath towels, you needed to request for it, and if you want your room cleaned it's an additional amount. Since prices are similar to resorts in the area, rooms should not cost additional to be cleaned and new towels should be delivered every day. Would stay here again if improvements are made.

We loved our stay. Perfect location close to main street, beach, and marina. Walking distance to everywhere but when we did hire a car we were able to park in their undercover parking. The swim out pool room was perfect. The entire complex was clean and maintained. The staff were super helpful and so friendly. Nothing was a hassle and when we had an issue with our air conditioning the reception acted and the trademens were there within 2 hours! Amazing! The staff also assisted with late check out and helped with tours we wanted to go on. If we needed extra towels or toiletries they would provide. So friendly and caring. We will definitely be back

This room was perfect for us. We loved the pool access, and the spa on the balcony. Location is perfect, close to beach and shops. Room was clean and facilities perfect. We will be returning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
