After arriving in Adelaide and having a rocky start at a different accommodation location, we quickly found Mantra online and booked. The customer service line I called in a panic was brilliant and he made sure we had a room booked, I was even more elated when he told me not to worry about waiting the suggested time to just head in and staff would make sure we were looked after. He even made sure it was received his end before hanging up as he could hear how upset I was. We arrived and were greeted by Georgia with a massive smile. Georgia is just phenomenal. She could see we had a terrible start to our holiday and made check in so smooth. She set us up with breakfast and drink cards. Gave us ideas on where to go for food and was just genuinely a lovely person to deal with. She was even searching for a park view room for us but could see how exhausted I was when I told her it was okay we didn't need the view just somewhere comfortable and she made it happen quickly. She went above and beyond for us saving our Adelaide trip. The double queen room is wonderful. It's clean and comfortable and the little balcony is cute. The Mantra is close to everything and there's a cute little cafe down stairs with friendly staff. They also do a buffet breakfast deal that's 100% worth it. Mantra will be on our list for most holidays now and even though we haven't left yet we are already planning our next visit here just because of Georgia.

Staff were extremely helpful. Very friendly. We weren't able to check in early but they offered to hold our luggage so we could wander around town until room was ready. Breakfast was included in our deal and was beautiful, Nicole was extremely helpful and friendly at the bar. Room was clean, spacious and simple. Balcony was gorgeous especially at night. Not noisy even though near lifts. Walked everywhere we needed to go.

Stayed in this hotel as part of a package deal with Discover Australia tours. One of the biggest rooms I've stayed in.Small kitchenette with a microwave,lounge,stereo and inbuilt TV. Would have liked a room on a higher floor.My room ,whilst it had a small balcony,the view was of an alley way and parking station. All good EXCEPT the bathroom taps...they are sharp edged,and not at all comfortable to use. My room included breakfast daily,where you can feast on a hot and cold buffet,eggs to order and the service has been 1st class.
