        Rooms were impressively large. Very clean. Service was normal, didn't really need to request anything. Great location, very close to Southern Cross station and SkyBus terminal. Also very close to some good restaurants.

        Hotel is well located and room was nice and spacious. However, the room was dusty and lacked amenities like disposable toothbrush. Also, it didn't have a minibar. Instead, it had a QR code to scan and order via room service between certain hours. That is odd and inconvenient as it defeats the purpose of having snacks and drinks at disposal during odd hours. The hotel doesn't have pool either. Lastly, and most importantly, the hotel advertises it has spa and jacuzzi under amenities, but it turner out this was misleading as it turned out that they are available in selected rooms only. So, it was quite disappointing!

        Nothing to brag about, yes the room was nice but air conditioning was set at fixed temperature, the payed parking ($40 per night) was so hard to get in and out of we parked on the street the second night even tho we payed, the bathroom had pump soaps in the shower but no soap near the bath....

        Fantastic room looked like a apartment. View not the best but can't have everything. Rain kinda ruined the atmosphere not their fault.

        Room was great, however it backed onto the service lift and getting woken up at 4am in the morning with all the noises left our stay not so pleasant, they serviced our room only to tuck in the bed sheets roughly and to leave the extra blanket un folded on the bed and a tissue on the other bed. Room service menu was only snacks ( chips, chocolates) no evening meals available.. Only one concierge offered to relocate us when I complained about the noises and that was the evening before we were leaving. Pretty disappointing all round.
