A paradise for people who love hippos. The entire hotel is strechted a long the river Mara where you can observe the hippos close by in their natural habitat. The staff is extremeley friendly and welcoming at all times. The cook made a big effort to accommodate for our wish to have vegetarian food only. Everybody was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and at ease at all times.

I have been planning for Masai Mara trip since long and I was not sure about which place or which hotel to stay. But when I saw this hotel I found it very attractive in terms of location and room qualities. But I am not sure about the hotel as it doesn't have the website. However, I contacted the hotel and started chatting with Mr. Kavin. He was very calm and very helpful person. From Day 1 to end of my trip he was always in touch with me and planned my entire trip. My trip was successful because of Kevin's support and guidance. The hotel is situated at the bank of Mara River. From the bar and restaurant you can see hippos playing around in the river. You can also see bunch of baboons from the resort. The staffs of the resort are very polite, nice and helpful. Food was good. Hotel is located in Lemek Conservancy and just outside of the hotel you can see almost all animals. This hotel is underrated gems of Masai Mara. It has lots to offer and its worth is more than anything. I will always be recommending this hotel just because of its strategical location. Best deal ever. Special thanks to Kevin and its team Elias & all.

Just loved the experience here! Superb property, Hippos all around the Mara River on thr bank! Food was amazing - chef was so kind to ask us every what we'd like to have! And he prepared very tasty food!!

It was very nice stay at Mara river lodge.friendly staff, we got some Indian food . The chef asked us about veg dishes as we are vegetarians. They made kichadi,Kadi,poori , Dal , potato curry apart from regular dishes. The lights are on few hours in mornings & few hours from evenings. This is only problem. The road to reach the hotel is very bad. We should have strong back this is one of the major drawback.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
