We loved our stay at Marbella Club Hotel. Initially we were a bit afraid it would be tacky, but it was not at all. We were there in the low season (January) which was very nice, not too many people and service was great. Our room was amazing (Garden suite), very spacious, luxurious, comfortable and clean. The kids club is incredible, basically our dream Montessori daycare. Also really enjoyed all the activities (thank you Diego!). Restaurants are good, but quite expensive. However, there are a lot of options in the neighbourhood. We will definitely be back next year!

A landmark in Marbella, expensive and upscale. The staff is friendly, and the location is superb. Breakfast is very average, not fitting this level of hotel; there is no menu but just a simple, unexciting, dull & crowded buffet style. Also, there was no one to assist you in seating, and it was a bit of a mess every morning we were there. Rooms are very nice and comfortable but If you like some peace & quiet, don't take the suites on the ground floor, the garden suite, you will share this garden with six other rooms! (See picture). The garden balconies are not separated from each other, it is noisy. The rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors will be more private.

Great place with special character and atmosphere keeping the spirit of the old-school glamour. It has a beautiful location, great service, and tasty healthy food. The special plus for the great spa belonging to the resort. You do not need more to enjoy and relax in Marbella.

My partner and I stayed for a few days and it was rather disappointing. We were turned away from the restaurants because we didn’t have reservations. However, we discovered that the food wasn’t really that great. We enjoyed the local restaurants much more and Nobu was excellent. Hotel has two pools which were both occupied by children and nannies. There is a kids club with a pool but nothing for adults that want to enjoy their holiday without being disturbed by tantrums and prams being parked at the end of our sun-beds, literally! It was not very relaxing hearing them have nuclear meltdowns for hours on end. Our room service trays were left outside our rooms all day long, despite staff walking around. The manager didn’t care.
