We had a rest in late November, early December 2023. they took only breakfast, there were always fruits. Very nice view from the room, lots of greenery. Convenient location, access to the embankment, Steam trains, market. Shops and pharmacies are within walking distance. The room was cleaned daily, but sometimes they forgot to change the towel. Friendly and helpful staff, ready to help. I really enjoyed my vacation, many thanks to the girl Hala and the Russian-speaking administrator.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The place was cozy and beautiful, and I had a chance to watch a stunning sunset from the balcony of the villa. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, except for the security guard who was on duty at night. I understand that he was just doing his job, but his suspicious looks and constant questioning about the number of people in our villa made us feel uncomfortable. We had booked a connecting room for four people, which he seemed unaware of. On Christmas night, he knocked on our door around 11 pm and asked us to keep quiet. It was disappointing as we had paid for a convenient and enjoyable experience, but the behavior of the security guard made us feel scared and uneasy. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

When I was a child, Marbella was really nice and we recently wanted to stay there for a week before traveling and it was not the Marbella we remember. Upon arriving the kitchen was very dirty. Oil on the floor and walls, very sticky and small ants everywhere. The windows had oil on them too and we got our own pots to cook with but they had an induction or electrical oven which we couldn’t use them on very sadly. They gave us pans to use but even they were really dirty. We decided to give it a chance and called cleaning but the service was very poor as well. We found 4 cockroaches in one day and even after cleaning the air quality felt bad and my mother started to cough. Not sure if it was because the chandelier was dusty or the vents were dirty. I even cleaned the windows from inside for them because it was not cleaned at all and it had handprints and stains. Too bad we had to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else. Not worth the price at all. If they wanted to change the decorations the least they could do was fix the ventilation system and clean well after each family/person leaves. It’s a big health hazard and I’m sure the hotel has been aware of this for a while. Not to mention the foul smell and horrible scent they spray. They must do better but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there as of now. We couldn’t even stay for a day. What a shame.

Master suite was good only bad thing was the mattress which they replaced,but still hurt,I ended up sleeping on the duvet so the springs wouldn't hurt. Room service guys were good and worked hard,zain and sharpel? Can't remember the guy's name,apologies,and a Philippines gentleman were really good with room service and helpful. Pool was fine, only thing I felt annoying is the towels were sometimes not clean or replaced, I had to ask for a replacement each day or a bathroom mat. I stayed 10 nights and would have been a better experience if the resort had better beds and extra care for those staying longer than 3 nights. On my last night received a newspaper in the morning which would have been brilliant had i received this at the start of my stay! The location is great parking too. Only thing annoyed me was the mix up at reception staff, they were not double checking information which meant I was called at check out when not needed etc. Will return if prices are reasonable and a bed is newer.

This place has been our favorite place for staycation and special events in 2022. 🥳 We gathered our family and friends here for fun and celebration. It is so kid-friendly like the playground and pool, the villa is spacious and nice. When you rent a villa, you will have your own lawn so it is always best to stay outdoors for tea time and the kids can play just right in front of you. Their staff are helpful and respectful. Thank you for always making our stay worthwhile. Definitely 💯 recommended! ❤️🥳 Showing you snippets to our highlight last year. 😍
