Absolutely disgusting hotel. I paid through Expedia and it clearly said breakfast included. I had booked for 3 nights and the first morning I had no issues, however the second morning I went down for breakfast I had this one guy who kept staring at me, and eventually he came up to me asked for my room key. He checked it and went to the computer and came back and said your breakfast is not included. I was confused and showed him on Expedia that it did include so he went and got the manager and the manager also said it’s not included so I actually end up paying them for the breakfast. However this is what really gets me, 5 minutes after I’ve paid and my reciept is on the table as I’m eating, the same guy who came up to me the first time comes up again to ask for my room key and check to see if I’m a valid guest and this is where I lost it because seriously ? I just paid and now you’re asking me again you smug arrogant sack of ******. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone because they are a bunch of disgusting thieves and have no respect for people

You looking for conveniency?amazing?Then you should definitely go to these hotel right here! Everything about it incredible!it’s location is also so convenient Amazing staff and all that It’s all in one hotel with spa,swimming pool and beauty salon as well Get a massage,do your nails and all and go for a swim but never miss out on a Bali massage and after a Turkish bath! Try it and hit me up! This is not a paid advertisement,I give credit where it’s due If you don’t like,hit me up and I’ll pull down the post NO CAP! I hope you enjoy!

Cheaters don't trust them I and my friends booked with them for 5 nights and they told me the check out will be at 12 and when i ask The manger called eran and the reception called fareed it's possible to make it later they told me ok at 2 pm without any extra charge When i make the check out they ask me to pay 800 lera extra and the manger ask us we will not allowed to you to go outside if you will not pay and we paid then they offer us taxi with 700 lera and we accept once we give them the amount the take it and say this is for the day and you can book the taxi by your self

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
