What a hidden gem of a place! Don’t be afraid of the word “hostel.” I’ve been in 4 star hotels that weren’t as clean and nice as this one. Although there’s not a traditional reception area, any doubts or problems I had prior checking in were solved diligently on the phone. They even called me back to make sure things were OK. The location is perfect, right by the very centric Plaza España. My room was ideal for 1 person, my mattress was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and I had enough room for my luggage. Great restaurants in the area and I never had to use the bus or subway to get to places. Loved it.

Excellent location, it was near the centre yet in a quiet neighbourhood. I was travelling alone, took a room with a double bed and the room was spacious enough. The smart TV was also a pleasant surprise, that way I could watch Youtube/Netflix on the TV instead of my phone.

I had a lovely stay with my wife in this hotel. The location is perfect is you want to visit the city and enjoy the genuine Madrid. The Staff were extremely helpful . Overall great experience & will highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
