Our flight was delayed and there was a huge mix-up because of that. The owners were very accommodating and flexible. They went out of their way to make sure we would arrive at the right place and they'd be available at odd hours for our arrival. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning and the terrace is beautiful (it has two levels). You can skip the crowds and see the sunset from there (go to the top one)! We quite enjoyed the hospitality of this wonderful, authentic Greek family and our stay at Marcos Rooms.

The only truly redeeming factor is the location. We got a little lost on our way to the motel, I called up and the lady yelled at me and just said we are where we are and hung up. Would highly recommend finding anywhere else to stay.

Spent the 2 nights there with my grandma and was very cozy and comfortable. Owners are not nearly as rude as the comments mention, they were very nice and particular greek family. The stay was very smooth and we loved staying there for the practicity. I have no words for the sunset view we got from there. AMAZING!!! No words for the location as well, it was perfect, 6 minute walk from literally anything. Sometimes we could hear the family on the next room but nothing that would stop me from sleeping haha. Thank you for so much and for making my first time in greece unforgettable.

Marcos Rooms is a hidden gem in Oia. The location is absolutely perfect, in the centre of town. The owners were very accommodating after we made a mistake with the dates of our booking and were able to make a room available for us. We received free breakfast, clean rooms and great service. A great sunset view on the balcony means you can be away from the crowds to view the sunset. Would definitely stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
