We absolutely loved our stay here. The pool was amazing, the beach was perfect and breathtaking, and the grounds were so well taken care of! We ate at one of the 2 onsite restaurants for dinner, and while it was a bit pricey, it was 100% worth it. It was delicious and the service was fantastic.

Stayed here with the fam on Xmas. Loved the resort. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Two restaurants on site and a mini mart. Excellent beach - better than a few neighboring resorts. Full kitchen and well equipped.

Spent a week in the beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse with view of the lush garden and the sea. The complex is stunning with endless crystal clear pools and sof sandy beach. 2 nicely situated restaurants add to the convenience along with a gym, spa and tennis courts. Convenience store is on site. Very secure and safe. Will definitely return for my next holiday in the sun and sand.

We stayed here for only two nights. It was a very good experience. We were in one of the ocean front apartments in the south building. The room and grounds were very nice. Clean and modern. One of the best places we've stayed in playa. The food in both restaurants was very good, as was the service. The food cost was on the pricey side, but good quality. Much better than most all inclusive resorts. The pool is epic, and was nearly empty when we visited. We searched for our room number in the parking area and never found it. Ended up parking in a different room numbers space. The only real negative experience we had was with a "partial owner" of the resort. We encountered him three times in 2 days. He was drunk and loud. He was swearing at the wait staff in front of children. It was unprofessional and embarrassing. He was an arrogant jerk. The credit card machine at both restaurants would only let me leave a small tip. I wanted to leave more, but didn't have any cash. It would be nice of I could select the tip amount on the screen but the waiter said the machine wouldn't allow it. That is weak. Some people want to tip more. Overall it was a good experience and I want to come back next year for our entire stay. I would love to purchase one of the ocean front units.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
