The rooms are clean and has everything for your need.Staff is very helpful. They helped us with the luggage and helped us on where to explore in Oia. Breakfast is so fulfilling. They even served us fruits and a welcome drink. Would recommend this to anyone who is planning to stay in Oia.It is definitely worthy.

Prime location, amazing view from the suites, lovely staff, great breakfast options and set up, beautiful white interior suites. We had an amazing stay. If we end up going back to Oia we'll definitely be looking to stay with Maregio again.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! We have the premium cave suite with indoor heated hot tub and we highly recommend it. The hotel is private and quiet yet close enough to everything. Transportation to/from was on time and the driver was very friendly. Hotel staff was very helpful and provided recommendations. Even though we’re back home we wish we could wake up to the delicious breakfast. Overall amazing trip and very happy staying here!

Maregio suites is located at Oia’s other end where you find windmills and a popular sunset spot. We had the luxury to stay in room and enjoy sunset because of their wonderful location. We stayed in honeymoon suite and they had amazing room with all facilities you could ask for. They served breakfast in room and I also recommend trying spa services. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us with a nice drink and fruit platter. They accommodated any last minute requests and helped us carry our luggage to and from car. Highly recommend staying here. Only 1 minor caveat: I wish they do more dusting of the outdoor seats but not a deal breaker

I was traveling to Santorini with my girlfriend to propose in August I contacted the hotel and they set everything up from our arrival, until after I proposed on the same day. Absolutely brilliant with everything! They decorated the room with the rose petals and photos that I brought with me, which they organized and sorted out around the room. Breakfast with the view was absolutely incredible. The rooms are magnificent, there are only a few at this hotel so you can expect a very personalized experience. Outside pool was lovely! I would like to thank the Staff again for their involvement in my proposal, you guys are the best, and I would highly recommend this place for holidays or even something more!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
