The resort is nice and well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. There is a shuttle every hour that takes you to the main area of key west. However service is not good. We never received our welcome drink. They have free cookies after 3pm but they were stale. They are supposed to serve popsicles by the pool at 2pm, went at 2:30 and the staff didn’t want to bring out any more. Would expect better given the price being paid and the $60 daily resort fee

We stayed one night at this hotel. The room was actually very nice. The pool was nice, but you could not tell online that it was actually across the highway from the beach and it was also far from downtown so we opted to move to another hotel. I didn’t have a very good interaction with the front desk upon canceling ( reservation lady was snippy ) however, the head of housekeeping Peter was amazing. He was helpful he was, and he had a great personality so for that, I bumped us up to four stars!! I’m sorry

The people are what make this hotel special. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very nice, but the team who makes it all happen are above and beyond what is expected. Mimi is a wonderful representative for the brand, and more importantly, she is a kind person. We had many travel mishaps that led to our not making it to the hotel in time to keep our reservation. I called in a panic and was connected with Mimi who was compassionate, calm and reassuring while doing everything in her power to make sure that our room would be there for us. Her professionalism is top-notch as is the rest of the team. Claudia is also wonderfully helpful and nice. The airport shuttle driver is very good and handled our baggage with care.

A huge disappointment. Service was poor. Food was mediocre. Even though the crowd was older, there were party people above our room having wild noisy sex. The beach is across the street which is under construction. Chairs and umbrellas rented at $20 each. So $160 for our family for 2hrs on the beach. Other hotels offer these for free. If you’re used to luxury, this is not the place.

The proximity to the beach is a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms are musty smelling. One of our rooms has ants in multiple places. We ate dinner last night at the in house restaurant. We had to ask the bartender to find us a waitress to eat in the dining room. This was a good 20 minute wait. Once our drink order was taken it was likely the least appealing margarita I have had. We ordered food, which took another 40 minutes to arrive. The burger was not cooked, even though it was requested to be medium well, it was medium rare, along with a side of cold fries. The calamari was cold. The spinach soup was tasty. It would be difficult for me to recommend this for anyone to stay at until a remodel and additional staff training. The proximity to the airport is a plus. Anita was very helpful at breakfast and Stevo was very pleasant as our airport shuttle driver.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
