Location is OK but to take metro need to go up in the road and very stip also to go to all the stores needed to climb stairs very high, Service is OK Although not fantastic, try to. Give worse room than i should get after 30 minutes the reception say sorry and give me the room i pay for, room is clean with hot tub, and big balcony, was great

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Deluxe room was big and nice and clean good and has balcony side view not street view. Hotel good Quiet no noise inside Breakfast was good . The location not really good for nice market around or walking out there. After you exit the hotel you need to climb up whole the way street for 10 minutes. I give 2&half stars for the location 4 stars for the hotel

Helpful front desk. We were given another room due to a very noisy neighbor, breakfast could be better, I was expecting one of a fresh fruit selection. Staff was friendly and respectful. Location could be better but definitely not bad. Would recommend.

Hotel is okay, location is not too bad, you could walk and you can find some cafes and restaurants within a 10-15 mins walk. Hotel can help you order food if you needed to. The room I stayed in is a bit small despite paying a premium price for the best room in the hotel as the front desk guy explained. It had a jacuzzi in it which I didn't really use, the balcony was my favourite spot as it had a beautiful city view. Staff was very helpful, they tried helping me in getting a taxi which is an impossible task in Istanbul. Breakfast was okay, I had to pay extra for scrambled eggs. The room was clean, bathroom could be cleaner. The only thing that bothered me was the water flow in this hotel, it was shifting between hot and cold during taking a shower and that was a bit annoying. Other than that, it is okay for few days stay.

AC not working in the night sooo hot when ask them to fix it, they say open the window !! In September still the weather not cold. Stay without AC & open the window for Street noise and bad smell. Maybe because we are not Turkish 🤔. Never take this hotel ever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
