Such a great place to stay for your journey in Porto ! The people here are really welcoming and know how to take care of their clients. The room may be small but it’s so charming. The prices are really affordable as well for the quality of the stay. We recommend this place at 100% !

Been here with my girlfriend for a couple of days. Very very kind persons, they gave us advices, precious infos and made a delicious breakfast. 10/10 recommended. If you go to Porto you have to come here. No doubts

I was lucky to stay at Maria da Sé around September. Maria da Sé is simply a gem if what you care is about, service, location and feeling welcome. Marta! ohh Marta! if the hotel is a gem Marta is a Diamond, really! Marta makes you feel at home and welcome even before you arrive making sure you are all set, she took the time to help us plan our activities around Porto, made great recommendations and even shared some local and family recipes! Marta is beautiful soul/person and she really knows how to handle/manage a hotel and provide you with the best service ever. Marta, you really made our stay at Porto special and unforgettable, thank you for all your help and truly caring about your guests. You went above and beyond.

We found ourselves wanting to stay an extra night in Porto. I found this gem simply on Google maps. Unfortunately, I couldn't get blue pillow to work, so my wife and I walked to the front door and called the number posted there. Marta opened the door shortly there after. She was very welcoming and even more helpful. She gave us so much information about her home city and the next two on our itinerary. She even treated us to a glass of port. It broke my heart when she said she did not have any vacancies for the night. If I ever find myself staying in Porto again, I will book Maria da se in advance. You should, too.

Maria is a wonderful hostess. She greeted us with the utmost hospitality and warmth. She was so gracious in offering to help make sure our visit to Porto was enjoyable, and it was. The room was tidy and clean. The location was central to everything we wanted to see and experience. I would recommend staying at her wonderful house.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
