Pleasant stay Hotel has a clean pool and serves breakfast Quite noisy. Only one small towel provided for a 3 day stay. Too many rules like you may not eat in your room, you may not swim in the evening, you may not bring your own cold drink to the pool, you may not dive into pool.

It was ok in general, but my room was nothing like the pictures and there were some water issues in the bathroom that they didn’t fix. Also, only sea water (salt) in the sink and shower. Not sure if it is normal in the island, but I wasn’t expecting that.

The hotel is located a few metres from the sea in perissa in fact you can see a view of the sea at the hotel of course if you're room is facing the ocean. This hotel has a swimming pool of depth between 0.9 to 3.0 as per today, its clean and hasa wonderful space around the pool to chill. The room l spent in was okay it was spacious but the bathroom and towels was not 100% The service was great the people were welcoming and kind.

Such an amazing stay! The complimentary breakfast was enough to keep you full for the whole day! The beach is only a 5 minute walk with lots of little restaurants with amazing local Greek food! Perissa is not super loud and busy! The owner was very helpful and we added a tour with him for a very reasonable price which took us around to some really amazing spots! Did I mention the pool is so refreshing 🥰

Santorini gets busy in summer but staying here by the mountain with the very large swimming pool and sea breeze is very relaxing. Staff were great. A short walk to great snorkelling and the renowned Fratzeskos which has exceptional affordable seafood and salads.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
