We made booking with full payment 2 months in advance, yet after check in we were given a tiny room #206 because manager said hotel was full. Then after lot of requests from our travel agent we were moved to room #303 which was next to the restaurant and all guests could see inside our room. Again we asked to change our room and were given #401 which had a lot of mosquitoes, bad electrical connections and no shower door. Manager said only 1 vaporiser for the room and no staff to buy another and he turned around and walked away. Also, in the restaurant we were limited to a specific table because all other tables were meant for other guests staying earlier than us. Pool is quite small and Unmaintained. We were told because of many guests, but there were hardly some 4 in the pool and no space since it’s so small. It’s mainly used for training guests for water sports and don’t serve much of use to in-house swimming. Breakfast buffet is horrible with very limited options moreover with dead ants in food all over. Horrible experience!

Disappointed ! Actually this is not a tourist hotel. It’s a water sport center. Unfortunately they have not mention the reality in their websites or any other reservation sites. Seems it has lots of water sports activities during the season. And also they are well equipped for water sports. Rooms are clean and spacious. But does not maintained well. Does not have attractive view to the room or it’s balcony. Balcony is having broken and damaged rails, it is very dangerous if you have kids. There was a Barth Tub in our room but it is very old one. No issues in AC and mini Fridge. But electronic Safe does not work. Low Wi-Fi signal to room. There are no Wi-Fi coverage in restaurant area. Our main concern is the swimming pool. Actually it is not an ordinary swimming pool, it is a pool that uses to train divers. It’s deep end is 3.35m(10 feet) deep. Having very small areas for shallow end and baby pool area. Pool does not have any attendant. Having permanent warning board saying “Please note today no pool attendant available” :-). And also can not satisfy about the maintenance of the pool. It having lots of chipped and broken tiles. Edges and tile gaps do not properly filled with grout. At the front side of the hotel having very limited space that is the same area use as the car park. It can only accommodate maximum of three vehicles. At the rear side there is a garden area. But it does not maintain well. Do not expect the views of the garden in Agoda photos in reality. There is no lobby area in the hotel. Beach is at the opposite side of the road. Beach is clean and nice. But we feel bit unsafe to bath there because of there were very few people around the beach area. We went there in a weekend. When we call them before the reservation they told generally they are having Buffet for Dinner and Breakfast in weekends. They provided the Buffet as promised but it is a very basic and minimal one. My conclusion about this place is it may be a good choice if you are going for water sports. But cannot recommend this for family outings or trips.

Excellent location, spacious rooms but very short staffed during our stay. Whatever staff was present, was very courteous and helpful. Certain lacunae like the door of balcony not closing properly, the air conditioner too small for a spacious room and leakages from the roof in the corridors make it slippery. Fantastic place if the above points were looked into and rectified.

I was staying in the 4 star suit which was listed within the hotels guid as their best room for business travelers. There was wide-enough room for dressing and storing my baggage’s. And hotel was 5 minutes away from a very beautiful jungle And calm place with beautiful view

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
