We just spent a lovely long weekend at this property in Rome following a two week stay in Greece. This property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious. The bed was the most comfortable bed of our entire trip. The staff was phenomenal. Olga was the employee we had the most contact with and she did everything in her power to make our stay lovely. Even without us asking her to assist, she would make some calls to assist us with some issue we were having due to the airlines. The location is close to the great restaurants and some attractions but was remarkably quiet even with all the hustle and bustle going on in the streets. We had a delightful experience.

Don’t stay here. We booked three night here. First the room had a sewage smell coming from the shower, which if you leave the window open and door closed was bearable. Then the central air blew nothing but hot air all night. My wife and I didn’t sleep at all. We checked out early after 1 night and went to a real hotel. The place was a cute boutique suite but if you want a decent, clean, and comfortable space, go to a different hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Location is perfect, near Spagna station and Spanish steps. Room is clean, big and well kept. Bathroom is awesome with separate shower stand and huge bathtub. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price point under $200 per night, this is a great choice. My husband and I were both really happy that we decided to stay here. We'll be back in 2022!

Stayed for 5 nights. Great location in central Rome. 2 min to Piazza di spagna, 8 min to trevi fountain by foot, very friendly staff, clean and beautiful, big rooms. For a very fair price. Comfortable beds and lots of good Restaurants in the area. Would definitely chose this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
