We had the absolute pleasure of spending a couple nights at B&B Mario Relais in Sorrento. Margrita was a wonderful host, greeting us on our arrival and making the most amazing breakfast for us each morning. Her homemade donuts were some of the best we’ve ever had!! We enjoyed the company of her sweet and very calm cat during breakfast as well. It was an easy walk to and from the train station and a great location to access all the amazing things Sorrento has to offer. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. After traveling several places in Italy, this was our favorite accommodation by a mile!!!

We stayed here for 1 night in between travels, and were lucky to have found this gem! The host is very communicative and accommodating. The location is about a 10 min walk from the center square, but peaceful to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town at night. The room and amenities were in great condition. Margarita made a lovely, fresh, breakfast in the morning that started our day off on a great foot. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, beautiful, location in a quieter area.

This is absolutely a hidden gem. Margarita is a great host, she is super friendly and helps us out in transporting questions. We stayed two separate days in her place as a transition point to Positano and we wish we can stay longer. Her place is really clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable, and she makes really good breakfast, spoiling her guests as if her kids and cat😊we really enjoy the stay. The house is situated around 10 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk from the ferry station which is manageable. I would recommend those who wish to find a quality accommodation, this is the place you are looking for.

Margrita was an amazing host. We felt very taken care of during our stay and had the most amazing breakfast every morning. Our room was very comfortable and modern, honestly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from the town shops and restaurants. We had such a memorable stay in Sorrento thanks to Margrita! She really went out of her way to take care of us. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!!

Having just stayed 4 days at Mario Relais, I said to Margerita, I felt I was leaving my family. Excellent service all round from the friendly owners / Great location / will be highly recommending to friends and family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
