We stayed here for a couple of nights afters flight cancellations. It's not the sort of place we'd normally stay at as generally don't love huge hotels, but it was pretty good. It's true it's kind of old fashioned - think early 90s vibes - but the location is central, rooms are big with excellent showers, and there are decent pool/gym facilities. The absolute best part is the cocktail bar, which is retro in design and staffed by an excellent team who know how to make proper martinis (much needed after 3 days stranded).

Great location, right across from the train station. It’s in the middle of everything but the room was quiet and you couldn’t hear any street noise. One strange aspect was that the shower didn’t go hotter than 45C. Front desk told us it was for safety reasons. Bed was comfortable and the price was good.

Did not enjoy our stay here, rooms are old, outdated, small and dreary. I tried to change to a new one but they didn't have any larger rooms available. The pool is the only good thing I have to say about the place. I also have a charge from them for 80$ on my card and I have no idea why as my entire stay was fully paid before arriving. So check your cards when you get home..

There is some mold and plenty of dust in the room which affects pretty bad someone with asthma and different allergies. There is no hot water at the shower (stayed one week and no hot water even if I set it on 45 Celsius). Saw some mice going in the hotel also, the location is pretty shady.. If you are a light sleeper, then find another hotel! In this one the rooms are not at all soundproof, so you can literally hear everything and your sleep will be destroyed! So overall I do not recommend

During the offseason, the price is affordable as a business which same price as ibis hotels. The breakfast was amazing(except the coffee)! But the sauna was defective and gym is 5€ additional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
