I was, at first, skeptical about this hotel after reading the reviews. However my real life experience for a 7 night stay said otherwise. The room is clean, and quiet. Lobby service was superb and the hospitality I have experienced lived up to the Marriott brand. Will definitely return to this location if I'm in the area again.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, and great location. The best part about this property is the staff! Jesus was the kindest, most patient, helpful and understanding person ever! I asked to speak with a manager, there wasn't one available at the time, but he handled my situation as if he very much so was the manager. He really deserves a raise! I felt like I was being welcomed into his actual home. This place did a good job hiring on great staff, I really enjoyed staying here.

As someone who appreciates both comfort and unique amenities, this hotel offered a delightful mix of both, with a few quirks. The Highlight - Basketball Court: One of the standout features of the Maritime Hotel is its exceptional basketball court, visible from the parking lot and housed in the gym. As a sports enthusiast, I found this to be a brilliant addition. The court is well-maintained, spacious, and provides a perfect opportunity for guests to engage in some recreational activity. It's not every day you find a hotel that caters to the sports lover in such a dedicated way! Room Comfort and Aesthetics: The rooms at the Maritime Hotel are a blend of comfort and style. Spacious, with a modern nautical theme, they provide a tranquil escape after a day of exploring Florida's charms. The beds are comfortable, and the room amenities are up to the mark, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining Experience: The dining options at the hotel were satisfactory, offering a variety of cuisines to cater to different tastes. The food quality was commendable, and the service was prompt and friendly. *A Note on the AC Units: However, it's important to mention a slight discomfort I experienced during the nights. The AC units in the rooms are quite loud, which may be a concern for light sleepers. While they effectively cool the room, the noise level could be an area for improvement for the hotel. Overall Impression: In conclusion, my stay at the Maritime Hotel was largely enjoyable. The unique addition of a basketball court adds a fun and active element to the stay. This hotel was definitely not what it was advertised to be. When I arrived to check-in, I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. I came back downstairs and was given a different room. The rooms aren’t cleaned well at all. There was hair still in the shower floor, dust along the corners of the room, the shades were dirty and torn, just overall not what I expected. Not to mention the shower pressure was extremely low, and the fridges don’t get cold. I will say that the lobby food , and ambiance is nice. The hotel staff was also very professional and patient. I am a Marriott Gold Elite member and stay in Marriotts quite often, this one is by far my least favorite. I do not foresee myself staying there again.

Overall a really nice hotel. Only issues I had was the fridge did not get cold enough to put food in, which I realized the next morning when my food was bad, the alarm was set in the room which woke me up early, and the shower water pressure was very low. Besides that, the lobby was great with all the fish tanks, the room was nice and clean, and they even have a movie room where I saw people watching a game. I have already booked another stay for next month.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
