        Services are extremely bad. Rude and ignorant employees. They promise things at the time of check in but don't fulfill them. When electricity goes out you are out of your luck you will be toasted in HOT rooms and they will tell you generator is out of fuel. Stayed there 5 days and blamed myself every day for making reservations with them. They overcharge for laundry services as well. Absolutely terrible, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

        Worst hotel I ever stayed in my life! Most of staff's behavior is worst in this hotel except Mr. Sardar. I found all staff are rude and non supportive including front desk, room service and restaurant. Bedsheets, towels, blanket all are dirty in this hotel. They showed me one rooftop room, but when I checked in, they provide me a small room and there was no balcony. Stairs are too high and risky and they don't have escalator. If you have big size bags, you will not get support from hotel staff to carry them up to 3rd floor. They charged 70 Euro for this sort of poorest quality room. Breakfast of this hotel is so poor, less items, non quality food even they don’t help guests to make the bread hot. There was no toaster in the restaurant!! Hot water system does not work properly. My stay in this hotel was worst and nightmare!!! Only location of this hotel is good.

        This is one of the most amazing trips and the hotel had also played a crucial part. Mr Sardar (spelling maybe wrong, the person at the end of the video I posted) was one of the most kindest and amazing person I met. He helped with directions, tips, everything. Mr Ergon was also very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is amazing, absolutely amazing walking distance to blue mosque, haga Sophia, Topkapi palace and basilica cistern and even the metro. Brilliant location. The rooftop terrace was also nice and relaxing. However, when I booked a taxi through them to drop me to the hotel, firstly they did charge a bit extra 700to be precise (Uber showed me 500 but I thought okay no problem to be safe let’s book through the hotel). But then the taxi driver charged me 400 liras more for going through the tunnel. I argued and brought it down to 100. Hence I paid 800. I had to tell I am a student otherwise he would drop me back to the hotel. Also I felt uneasy so I told my sister to call the hotel and check the details on the taxi. The hotel people did not know. This is bad, they should: 1) make it clear to the driver that whatever happens no more money to be taken from the customer and assurance should be given. 2) the taxi details should be stored and shared if needed. Other than this the hotel was very nice. Room is perfect for 1/2 people and water was nice and hot. Breakfast was very nice and filling. Very cozy and nice room. Overall I would give it a 4/5. It would be 4.5 if the taxi situation didn’t happen. It really stressed me out.
