Very comfortable stay close to Brussels centre. The hotel rooms are big, airy and with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is walkable from grand palace and other important tourist attractions. The price per room per night also reasonable. The breakfast was also great. Highly recommended

The location: the hotel is parallel to a big shopping street and close to the Botanical Garden, not too far from the main train stations in Brussels. There are lots of restaurants and also fast food options close by. The rooms: My (deluxe) room was very spacious with couch, a work desk, and a big bathroom with separate toilet. The water pressure was good and the shower water was decently hot. The mattress had a good firmness. The room was clean at arrival. I appreciated the free slippers provided. The room was very quiet but there are currently some construction works outside. If the window is open you can hear them. Breakfast: I did not test the breakfast as I found the price for it too high (23€ at the time of writing or 20€ if you book in advance). Staff: the staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful Summary, I would come back on my next trip to Brussels.

*Bed Bugs* Please use caution! We had 5 or 6 bites during our 2 night stay there last week but when I asked about it, they said they hadn't found anything and no other guests reported anything. It was a great stay other than that so it's a shame to have to report this but having experienced this once before, I know the exact symptoms so book at your own risk.

Great hotel at a reasonable price in a convenient location. All the staff were very friendly and efficient, even the cleaner who had to clean up after our baby, who smeared Belgian chocolate all over our bed (which looked like something else). We were assigned an ideal, large baby room away from everyone else (3527) that we got to have for a second time at the same price when we returned a few days later.

Rooms: Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Also quiet at night so you can get enough sleep. Service: Nice and friendly personal at the reception. Location: Close to the Centre and many interesting places. 10 min to train station Nord. 10 min to Grand Place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
