Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Clean rooms, great area to relax with a small fitness room and sauna, relatively big swimming pool. The only negative thing that I can say is that despite of being a non-smoking hotel, they don’t seem to pay a lot attention if someone smokes. In our floor someone smoked two days in the row and for non-smokers this smell is actually quite disgusting. Then I noticed people smoked at night time also in the closed terrace and at the very same table a child was eating his breakfast 8 hours later. I would suggest that the staff pays more attention to this. I am definitely planning to come back and give them a 5-star review next time!

Very very very nice hotel i stayed for 1 week , breakfast is very good and the location of the hotel is very good, the only problem is with water they just put only 2 small bottles of water + there’s no tissue in rooms at all and when i asked the receptionist she told me we don’t have

One of the greatest stays I have ever had in Tbilisi. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a luxury and comfortable stay with pool, sauna, fitness, massage( extra charge) restaurant and terrace. They have 24 hour room service which is great. Staff is also great and friendly. I mean there is nothing to complain about the hotel except for the remote control of the TV which is very minor issue. Thanks so much. Replace the remote control of the TV please. Room 317.

I stayed at Marjan Plaza Hotel in October and it was remarkable! I honestly could not find one fault with this hotel. The level of hospitality and service here was on the same level as countries like UAE, Dubai. Since I live in Kuwait, I love that the washrooms have a bidget. The staff were so professional and spoke English well. The reception even called me after check-in to ask if I needed anything. The room was impeccably clean, I could not find a speck of dust anywhere. The bed and pillow was so soft and comfortable I slept like a baby. I stayed on the 3rd floor in room 310 and I had a nice view which I requested beforehand. I enjoyed going on the terrace to enjoy the great view of Tiblisi. The buffet breakfast was delicious each day! It's close to great restaurants and walking distance to anything you need. Well done to whoever is training the staff there. They are all so professional. I didnt meet one that was not. My positive experience at this hotel made me fall in love Tiblisi. I can't wait to go back! ❤️

You can visit a SPA here. It includes jym, swimming pool and sauna. It costs 45gel on weekdays and 60 on weekends. On the morning there are no people or just 1-2 and water is clear, so you can enjoy a lot. On the reception you can take a slippers, towel and bathrobe. There are also toilet, fitting room and bath. Place is very clear and comfy.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
