I had a great stay, the staffs are friendly, we greeted with champagne 🥂 Amazing! The room is very cozy and homey I loved it. The view from the 7th floor, Beautiful. The hotel located just across the station and in the middle of the city, very handy. Great and Recommended 👍 ❤️ Great Hotel Great City Great Staffs Bravo xx

Lovely setting. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Good selection of champagne. Only letdown- lounge bathrooms a disgrace. Obvious no staff member checked them at all, the whole night. High class ambience & prices let down by smelly & philthy bathrooms

This is a fantastic hotel and we loved our 2 night stay. We had the most basic room and it was spacious, with lots of storage and 2 chairs and a little table. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! :)

This was our first stay at Market Street, and it surpassed expectations. I thought it was excellent value for money, and would have no hesitation in recommending. - Highly convenient location. - Very friendly and efficient staff. - Nice design throughout, including the bedroom. - Welcome touches such as a small glass of champagne on arrival, free snacks in the room and free minibar. - Extremely comfortable beds. - Outstanding breakfast. We asked for a room at the back of the hotel, to avoid any noise from the main road and station. We therefore had no view to speak of, but complete peace and quiet, which is what we were after! I can't comment on how noisy the other rooms are (or are not).

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast with champagne while looking out from the 7th floor. The rooms, tho not large were very complete and a nice place to rest your feet and legs. When visiting Edinburgh I would certainly book this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
