        I recommend this apartments to anyone and everyone, just to state Aminur was the person that checked me in and he was very helpful with any questions I had about the booking, he couldn’t be more helpful as he will make your check-in as smooth as possible. Furthermore, the 2 females that were at reception on the 13/08/2023 are genuine stars, I asked if I could have a late check out and it was hard for them as the apartments and fully booked but they still fit me in and pushed it till 1, couldn’t ask for anything better, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 rooms. Everything is a vibe! Thank you guys you’ll definitely see me again!

        Rooms were ok but a little run down. Reception was useless, only person there and it took over 15 minutes of paperwork to check us in. Location is Aldgate, useful if you need to visit nearby but there are better places in the vicinity. Traffic isn’t too loud after 11pm but can be loud ish before this

        First of all, the fron desk staff are absolutely amazing. They are very accommodating and attentive. Felt very welcome. The lodation is also great. On the downside, I booked through expedia which showed floor to roof windows in the apartment, that was not the case. The apartments are not surrounded by windows. Our apartment also wasnt very clean. I had to record a video when we walked in to have evidence regarding out deposit. The car park spaces, although probably your cheapest option in the area are very tight. The apartments are very spacious though, but need a deep clean.

        I had a terrible experience at Marlin apartments The apartments were FILTHY. The apartment had MANY ‘fruit fly’s’ on arrival (which is caused by food). The floor, couch, curtains, walls & sofa bed were grimy and all had stains. We checked in late at night which means there was no manager on site, the receptionist said the manager would be in the morning and to come back down. Just after 9am I went back to reception to complain, but was told by another receptionist the manager will be in after 1pm. After 1pm they tried to accommodate us with another room but yet again the apartment was filthy still with flys and dirt. Explaining to the manager I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the property due to the poor condition of hygiene. The lack of customer service was OUTRAGEOUS! She began to go back and forth with me stating she has flys in her own house and doesn’t see a problem with the apartment. After booking 4 nights we checked out after the first night. We were charged a late check out fee even though we went down to complain before 10:30am and was told the manager won’t be on site until 1pm. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to stay there. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR APARTMENT BARLEY EVEN 3 STAR

        The room was clean however the blinds and curtains were in a state of disrepair, as was one of the wardrobe doors, and the furniture was old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with utensils. There was no air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
