It felt like they truly understood our needs. Fast forward to 2023, and the magic repeated. This time, again, the team again worked their magic. Willingly helping with deliveries but what truly impressed me this time was their attention to detail for my parent's ease of access and care. They ensured we had a flat on a lower floor, with wider doorways. The staff was always happy to hold doors open and assist. It's the little things that set Marlin apart: the genuine smiles, the proactive problem-solving, the intuitive understanding that travel, especially with an elderly loved one, can be fraught with anxieties.         I had an amazing experience and was fortunate enough to meet Fatima - wonderful and kind woman working at reception upgraded the room. The apartment exceeded my expectations and it was clean and well furnished. I highly recommend.

        Not surprised this hotel has such a low rating. If I could give the service 0 stars, I absolutely would! From the onset, the receptionists/staff were incredibly unhelpful, rude, inefficient and incompetent. Unhelpful because they couldn’t even be accommodating when we asked if we could check in slightly earlier. When we did actually get there after check in time, the room wasn’t even ready! We also got the desk and were asked agitatedly by the young man at reception regarding how we got in the car park and why we parked that and that we could get a fine. We calmly explained that the gate opened for us and we came up for precisely that reason. Rude because whilst we were waiting in the foyer for our uber, 2 of the young female receptionists were listening into our conversation and actually had the gall to giggle at what we were saying. We felt uncomfortable and waited outside after that. Inefficient and incompetent because checking into the room took at least 30 mins whilst we argued back and forth as to why they were overcharging us. In the end we just asked to speak to the manager. The rooms were ok but the doors had no doorstop so slammed very loudly every time we would close them. Below the dishwasher, was a loose board and this had nails sticking out of it. We had to put it back and it kept coming out. Major hazard. Luckily we had no kids with us. The only thing that this place could have had going for it was the location and even that, wasn’t the best. Will never ever stay here again. Especially because of the attitude of most of the staff, I wouldn’t.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
