        Awesome serviced apartment, and wonderful staff. equipped with all the equipment you would be needing during the stay, lot of convenience stores just opposite the property and lot of eating places in neighborhood. the place is well connected, bus stand is just outside the property. My special thanks to Ms Misbah as during my stay she was there almost entire time, and helped with all the assistance in fact entire staff is very courteous.

        Amazing value! I almost cancelled my booking at Marlin Limehouse after seeing the recent google reviews, but I'm so thankful I didn't because our experience was fantastic. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location was great as it's right near the DLR station and opposite a bus stop, so it made getting in to central London very easy. There is also a fabulous cafe right next door. Staff at reception were courteous, I honestly have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

        If possible I would give this place 0 stars. Do not book to stay here, 1) they will double charge you on the deposit credit card. 2) they won’t tell you they did it. 3) Then they will take two phone calls and ten emails to respond to your query. 4) In addition they lied about contacting my travel company, and refused to show evidence of having contacted them. 5) refunds take 5 to 10 working days. This means they have taken my money for 29 days. Terrible communication and no customer service. In addition, the microwave didn’t work, the rooms were damp, the door handles were falling off, there was no extraction fan in the toilet, and the fridge didn’t work and smelt like mould. Honestly, if you are thinking of booking here just don’t!

        I hate sharing bad reviews of businesses because I want to believe that they are all doing the best they can, but this one was particularly terrible and has not been responsive to the reviews I sent to them directly. The Limehouse location of the Marlon Apartments is a mess. The building is in disrepair, smells awful, and is just unkept. The room we were given was on the first floor with a very busy street just outside. The windows did not work/open or close properly and that felt unsafe. We were up half the night because of traffic, honking, and general street noise. The sheets on our bed had small blood stains on them (I mean, come on!). And there was no WiFi, though they didn’t directly tell us this until we were checking out. They kept deferring and telling us that we were logging on incorrectly or would give us new access codes that just didn’t work. My partner and I lost two days of work because of this. The environment just felt dirty, unkept, and unsafe, managed by a group of people uninterested in helping with any of the issues. I wish someone had told me these things before I booked an VERY expensive 1-star “apartment.”Hope this review is helpful to those considering staying there.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
