We enjoyed our stay at the Marlin. It provided some of the creature comforts of being home. It has an excellent full kitchen. The room is spacious. It has a table for eating and a chair with an ottoman. The room was updated & nicely furnished. My only issue was that the mattress felt like we were sleeping on the box spring. It was extremely hard & we could feel the Springs. It didn't make for a great night's sleep.

Besides the usual difficulty of using navigation apps to find it, I had a really pleasant experience. All staff were upbeat, friendly and eager to help. The location, the building, the room, the service and the people all contributed to an incredibly satisfying visit. Just beautiful. Admittedly, I didn’t stay overnight as I was just visiting some friends who happened to be staying there and were conveniently local, but I did see the room, indulge in a mocktail at the bar and the experience left nothing more to be desired. No idea of the price but I’d highly recommend

Over priced and disgusting hotel. Showers don't get warm and bathroom stinks. Breakfast is 17 quid per person, is so dry it looks fossilized, and had hair in it. Was woken up multiple times by the loud plumbing which is what is in the attached video. (Note, this is noise from a different room. No one was in my bathroom to make this noise) If I had a way to cancel my reservation, I'd rather abandon my trip entirely than stay here. All positive reviews are 2019 and earlier. Don't do it.

Excellent Hotel, very Close to all the amenities in London. There was somehow a mix up when I purchased the £60 romantic package which sadly went wrong. The hotel offered to do it following day or refund me. I chose the refund as the surprise was now spoilt. I accept mistakes and errors can happen and didn’t think any further. To my absolute surprise after the refund the hotel decorated our room and delivered the package FOC with a letter of apology. Fabulous service and this just shows that they actually care. My wife was super happy and so was I. The rooms are clean and tidy we booked the city view which is excellent. Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London.

Having stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, I am surprised that it has 4 stars. The first good thing about the hotel is its location (which is really great). Second, the staff is friendly and helpful. Third, tiny kitchens in the rooms are a nice idea. But for the rest... We didn't like the breakfast - it's really overpriced, and you don't have much choice of food. Within 5 nights of our stay, we were awakened twice by the (false) fire alarm (FYI, it gives you almost a heart attack in the middle of the night 🤦🏻‍♀️). The rooms could have been cleaner as well - an in-between cleaning of our room was really lousy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
