I just came back from this hotel after a 3 night stay. I give it 4.5 stars because I thought it was a great location, very clean and wonderful service. Strong winds during this time but it settles down a bit later in the day. I experienced brief power outages and bad internet connections but If I do return to Boracay I will definitely stay again.

I recently stayed here for a few nights with my girlfriend. It's a great location because it's just a few steps from the beach - one of the quieter and less busy beaches in Boracay to boot! The customer service was exceptional. Maybelline (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was so nice. She went above and beyond for us and was very attentive to our needs. It's also very affordable. The only negative was the wifi. It was difficult to get a consistent, strong signal from inside of our room. Other than that, I'd highly recommend!

Affordable, safe, and great staff! Marnin's is not at the center of where Boracay's usual busy place is but it's better that way. You get a good night's sleep! Plus, when you wake up, you get to see the calm sea. The staff is also great! Very helpful and accomodating! Our flight is at 5 pm (we're moving at 2 pm) but our booking is only til 12 pm so they allowed us to stay in the other room to wait for our flight as we don't have a place to store our bags (that room doesn't have guests yet on that day). Really a great choice to stay! The facilities are also working well though they may need to check the a/c in room 5 as it takes time to get cold. The internet may need some help too lol (alternative is to use your own). They also provide food but there is a buffet place (triple r) a few places from there for a cheaper price (if you are with a group, just order the single viands -it's a lot cheaper and the variety is better with your own choice. The etrikes, it's only 20 pesos from there to dmall but it's best to ride Hop In, Hop Out which is only 15 pesos from there to dmall. In other words, transpo is good.

If you want the quieter side if Boracay, this is the place to be at. Clean, comfy rooms just steps away from the beach. There is a snorkeling spot right in front, if you’re a good enough swimmer. The owner and his staff will really make you feel at home. 100/10 for the service!! Going to the main stations is an e-trike away.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
