This hotel is a historic building, so there are many beautiful features. The rooms are spacious, with gorgeous wooden floors, and there was a kitchenette, as well. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great view of the Space Needle from our room. The service could not have been better. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel even has umbrellas you can borrow. The bathtub was definitely an antique and showing its age. The water pressure was not great and, for those reasons, I didn't give the hotel five stars. The hotel is only three floors and there is no elevator, but there is always someone on duty to carry your bags. The neighborhood is quiet with restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery store, coffee shops, and a movie theater within a block. The Space Needle and surrounding attractions are a 10-minute walk away. We loved it here and I would definitely choose the Marqueen Hotel in the future!

Tristan was super amazing and upgraded our room to a suite because it was our honeymoon! It was so nice and thoughtful. It truly made our stay in Seattle so much more special. Andrew also is incredibly enthusiastic and committed to his job. Very friendly, prompt, and polite. Both employees are must-keeps and I hope management takes notice of the incredible service they provided me and the value they bring to the hotel!

What a beautiful hotel. My partner and I (along with a friend) booked a room for a concert back in May. My sister also stayed her in an adjacent room with her partner. We both had great, clean, and spacious rooms! I can't believe the little kitchen we had in our room had a decent sized fridge, a table, a full separate sick (with dish soap), proper glasses, and real (not plastic) utensils. We didn't think we'd use any of it, but we did and it felt good not having to worry about those type of things. The staff was absolutely lovely. Such a superb hospitality! Super accommodating and helpful as well. And now my parents will be staying here for an upcoming concert after I told them about our great experience. In reading lower rated reviews, I can see why people would dislike the hotel. I think it's important to note that this is a HISTORIC Seattle hotel. It is aged and thus contains a lot of character and dings that most would find in an old building. If you enjoy a historic hotel with historic character and excellent hospitality then this is the place for you. Otherwise, book at a newer/modern hotel.

What an absolutely amazing hotel! My son and I came for a concert and the MarQueen is located a scant five blocks from the venue, totally alleviating the need for an UBER. Everywhere we went we were able to walk or catch the transit. The rooms are clean, spacious, and insanely comfortable. See included photos. I'm pretty sure my first apartment wasn't this nice. It was everything we wanted for a comfortable room, and nothing we didn't need. A special shout out to Andrew, our doorman, who recommended some amazing restaurants in the area, and also helping us secure a shuttle to and from the airport. The MarQueen is an amazing and historic place that absolutely smacks of all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but has rates that are almost too reasonable. My only drawback is that there is no elevator and after a great day of adventuring and concerting, that walk up to the third floor was a bit of a struggle on my old knees. That being said, it IS a historic hotel and with all the Halloween decorations, we felt right at home. 10/10 will be coming back to this hotel and neighborhood!

Good location for a concert... But no lifts and very old hotel so yeah, other than location no real reason to come back. Will stay in future but only for concerts because of do close easy walk. Beds good. Parking $40. But bell boy said to park on street and just pay 2 hours and should be fine. We did it and had no issues, left before 8am though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
