- Unfortunately, we were here during the earthquake. We managed to talk to our nice rep the next day, but never heard a single word from the hotel staff themselves. No reassurance, no checking on guests, no emergency response at all. - Some of the staff are reasonably friendly- the entertainment team worked tirelessly. However, some members of staff looked straight through you - Lots of single use plastics - Cleaning could be improved. Often our placemats were dirty at dinner. - Not a 4 star- more like a 3. - Evening entertainment - could be better, music is pretty terrible. - Pool is great, probably the best part of the hotel’s facilities.

The bedsheets weren’t clean on one bed and the tv didn’t work. The food was terrible. Literally the same things everyday, fly infestation in the restaurant but when you sit literally anywhere else you won’t see a fly. The bar staff were nice though and the photographer is amazing literally the highlight of my trip🤩. It was very easy to nook excursions at the hotel

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful and clean and the grounds are beautifully kept. The staff there are all very attentive and cannot do enough for you. The animation team were excellent. They were fun to be round and always on the go to make sure everyone got involved or just for a chat. The food was amazing too. I usually fall ill on a holiday, but not this time. Definitely something for everyone there! The dining room team went above and beyond always. I actually didn't want to come home it was that good!!

The hotel is very nice, most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. They find it difficult to give rooms next to each other or on the same floor or ryad for bigger families. The pool is nice and big with clean towels available daily. As it is an all inclusive resort meals are fine too. Plenty to eat and drink including ice-cream and desserts. Bottled water is available and you have a mini fridge in every room along with AC and a safe. The restaurant staff are amazing and so is the animation team.

Horrendous! Horrible! These guys are terrible. We arrived there late from London and after confirming our name at the gate, the receptionist claimed they didn’t have our booking (so how was our name at the gate?) Despite already paying online, they fleeced us for £150 “refundable deposit” which was never refunded. They took advantage of the fact that it was very late at night and we couldn’t go anywhere. We paid for a suite with a living room, but once we got to the room, we saw it was a family suite with three beds. Went back to the reception to complain, and they said they couldn’t change the rooms till the next day. Regardless, the rooms looked unkept and the lock was faulty. Immediately it was day break the next day, we left to a much better hotel with nicer staff and better amenities. 0/10. I do not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
