        The apartments are fine. Don’t count on Marriott status carrying over to the Marriott Renaissance adjoining. Despite being told at check in I have lounge access, I was kicked out of the lounge. Stick with a Hilton property if you want a big U.S. chain. If you download the BePark app you can park in the garage for 1/5th the price of the hotel parking. Update: when we checked in with the evening front desk team and were put in an upgraded room for the first night because the room we booked was unavailable. The only catch is we had to move the next morning. No big deal. Next morning we packed up and went down to move rooms. The morning shift told us we didn’t need to move so we went back to the upgraded room. At 8:10 pm we got a call from the night team (same people who checked us in the night before) telling us we needed to move immediately. We were mid dinner with our kids in the room. They gave us 30 minutes to pack up dinner and our things and switch rooms. They would not answer my question if the room we were in was occupied that night. The day crew told us it wasn’t. I’m pretty sure they made us move rooms to get out of an unoccupied even after the hotel told us to stay for no good reason. Lots of fun for my kids. They didn’t even offer to have someone help move our bags. New room has a working refrigerator so that’s a plus. Door is broken. Can’t have everything.

        Good location. Walking distance to city center. Building and apartment is a mix of renovated and old bits. For example, kitchenette was basic and old whereas bathroom looked recently renovated. Might benefit from some more renovations. No safe available in room. Apartment was spacious.

        service good but state of the building very poor, old carpets dirty lifts bad smell in corridor and water dripping in toilet from the sealing.!!!!full video will be on you tube channel , instagram also in google map.

        Outdated decor, lackluster atmosphere and overall quite basic for an apartment of this type. Location is okay for proximity to the EU institutions but not much else. The gym is the standout feature.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
