The stay at the Marriott Executive apartment was below my expectations Upon arrival there was no portal to carry my bags. I had to wait until the security agent came and help with the baggages. The check in was very smooth and i was offered an upgrade which i thank the hotel for this gesture, however the room was not properly clean. The toilette seat has some hair and the trash bins had some tissues which felt the toilette was used. In addition, the apartment felt dusty which affected my allergy. Coffee machine was available in the kitchen without having coffee capsules. The breakfast should have more variety.

I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and i must say that the room DID NOT meet Marriott standards. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment 14th floor, hallway smells like smoke, tiles are broken, cracked. Enter the Room and again, it smells, it looks really old and battered. tiles have cracks, room cleanliness is not to standard. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was cracked. Furniture is old. I would not book here again, or recommend this place to anyone. The whole place looks like its old apartments that were bought out by Marriott, but they cant be bothered to renovate them. Complete disappointment, i did not expect this, i could have booked with another hotel if i wanted a mediocre room Staff and great and helpful Location is really good and central WIFI is not great, it did not connect in the room

The receptionist duty on the graveyard shift was so rude to us., she told us to check out that time was around 12.30am to 2am. Thats why we booked on that hotel coz when we check the amenities the room is sound proof, we didn’t expect that its not allow to make noise and we are celebrating a birthday party. When did it happens that you have an occasion but you are not allow to sing or even to talk to each other. We really dont recommend this hotel to anybody and that lady in the reception area is so so so rude.

The WORST experience ever and the Marriott group MUST sell this building and fire the management. It saddens us to say that we had the worst experience ever and we just left the apartment building after receiving the worst and lowest customer service ever. This is something that we have never experienced with any hotel before let alone being linked to the Marriott family but it is apparently the norm in this hotel starting from their Tunisian manager Asma all the way to the entire Indian and Tunisian Omar staff at the reception and Indian back office manager Nisha. It is something that we will remember for the rest of our lives and we will share with the entire World throughout the many social media applications and travel websites so everyone knows how bad this management is. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.

One of the worst stays we have experienced. The “Marriot” is just a name and has no advantage what so ever to our membership. Service is so bad we had to call more than 5 times and wait more than an hour just for a blanket? Never ever recommending this hotel to any of friends/family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
