It has been a pleasant and great stay at Marriott Executive Apartments Istanbul, and I have to say, it was an extraordinary experience from A–Z. the accommodation was a haven of comfort and elegance. The tastefully designed interiors combined with luxurious amenities made it a perfect retreat after a long day of roaming the city. It truly felt like home! Reception staff, room service staff and everyone were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are fulfilled. In conclusion, my stay was a truly memorable one. The combination of spacious and luxurious accommodation, exceptional service, and stunning surroundings made it an unforgettable experience. Thank you!

I am so glad I chose this place to stay. Everything was indeed perfect and it felt like being at home. The apartment was very comfortable, modern and clean. The appliances were new and the apartment is environmental friendly. All the personnel are amazing, kind and extremely helpful. Soner, Damla and Yaren specially were so friendly, attentive and supportive that we have no doubt we will come back again when we travel to Istanbul. The cleaning ladies were fantastic as well.

Nothing I say will give this hotel justice!! WOOOW experience from start to finish. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I needed absolutely nothing!! For sure this is the hotel to stay at with family or without … even the restaurant attached to the hotel was perfect.

Stayed for three nights in total. The room was very spacious and had all the basic kitchenettes and toiletries. Staffs were very helpful, special shout out to Soner, not only did he let me know personally when the room was ready, he also helped and guided us on requesting taxi before our outing. The hotel did provide shuttles to the nearby malls. 24/7 gym was a plus for sure.

‏Excellent and beautiful hotel. The room is excellent and clean. The service is very good. The staff are friendly, especially the reception. They are helpful. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and they offer a paid delivery service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
