If location and spaciousness are your priority (especially a decently low cost), then its a good option. The hotel is very VERY past due for a remodel though. Furniture is mostly in good condition (including the bed), but it looks very dated. The kitchen area look quite low quality and ugly (but at least clean). The carpet in the room was just gross. Not dirty or stained, but just worn out and unpleasant to walk on. All in all, very below standard for a Marriott property in my experience. Location is great. Hard to beat. And the price was good. Rooms in the apartment are big. Probably wouldn't want stay here again. That said, other than the actual Marriott hotel around the corner (which is often full), I have not found many hotels in this area that I like, so I might book again (especially if traveling with kids and need more space in the room.

Since I write a lot of reviews, I concluded it would be easier if I just went with a standard template. To make reviews easier to read I will use a simple plus +/minus system and at the bottom I will add comments for things not covered otherwise. TLDR: + Good/- Bad, comments at the end What was Good: + Staff was super friendly and helpful. + Hotel’s Airport Shuttle was comfortable and efficient (Additional charge) + Location is excellent. + Hotel was very clean. + Very large rooms (we had a two-bedroom apartment) + Ample supply of linens + Well lit + Great natural light What was bad: - Breakfast was a disaster. We stayed there for four nights and paid the extra for breakfast to make our lives easier. I would not do that again; I would find a grocery and buy some cereal or a bakery and eat fresh bread. Breakfast seemed to be chronically understaffed with something always empty, coffee machine broken, dirty dishes lying about or unclean tables. To be clear, from what I could see the limited staff were doing their best but could not keep up. The quality was also poor. I have low standards for hotel breakfasts, but this failed to meet them. I am not sure what they did to the scrambled eggs, but every day except the last they were well overcooked. On the last day it was a mix of over and undercooked. Perhaps the warmer was set too high? - Badly in need of a remodel, but perhaps that explains the reasonable price in the heart of Budapest. - Curtains do not close completely which is both a light issue and a privacy issue Other Comments: I would stay there again, but I would not do breakfast.

This place really made my vacation in Budapest last summer! Great location. The rooms are a good price and very spacious. Breakfast is pretty good, nothing mind blowing. The front desk staff is amazing! They helped my dad and I plan sightseeing around the city as well as get to and from the Hungaroring. Unfortunately I got very sick during my trip and again, the front desk staff was simply amazing. I feel so bad that I forgot his name but one of the front desk agents called around to see if any doctors could see me, and he called a lot of them! Everyone at the front desk was very empathetic and that really lifted my spirits to feel their concern while I was sick and far from home. I could probably keep going on and on but I won't. The people that work here in are great at their job and incredibly kind, and I think it would enhance anyone's stay.

The location is the best and the staff is really nice. The rooms probably looked good in the 70' but now they are old and dusty and no, not vintage. The rooms are very spacious but the carpet which is all over the place is extremely dirty ( please see photos ) Bathroom also looks old and rusty, did not feel comfortable showering or touching more then required. If you are traveling with your pet, get ready to be robbed. We paid 150 for accomodation and 80 for our dog 😂 yeap, 80 euros for a pet, of course it's not written anywhere that the tax is more then half the accomodation. In the questions it says 40 bit yeah, that was last year, now it's double. I'd totally not recommend it, if they renovate maybe yeah but like this you risk to get a fungus or something worse. P.S Try not to touch the couch with your skin, our couch smelled like sweat, like it was soaked in sweat.

This hotel needs to be renovated or removed from Marriots portfolio. The halls are disgusting the rooms equally so. Equivilent quality of a roadway in (ghetto motel). Signs of mold and water intuision everywhere. The location is good right near the retail shopping The staff is the best thing this hotel has. They are amazing despite having to deal with such a dilapidated property. They are helpful and chearfull and did everything they could to assist us. Going as far as helping us cordinate moving to the other marriott

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
