        We witnessed a dead body on the ground (fifth day of stay) when we drove around the apartments to park in the garage. Either the man jumped or was pushed out the window of the 10th/ 11th story window. Regardless the hotel staff didn't come to check on us to see if we were ok. I received one call in the evening saying don't discuss with anyone and everything will be alright. Talking to Marriott they said sorry that we witnessed that and discuss with therapist. The pillows are horrible as they compressed as flat as a pancake and I had to pile all four pillows together to get any sleep. My room faced the lobby light where you walk in from so had to keep the curtains closed most of the time as the light was too bright. The hotel is across from a medical hospital so all I heard were sirens and honking all evening. Near the end of my 32 day stay the bathroom was leaking water from the vent. An engineer came by to fix it but it started again that night leaking all over the bathroom floor. I wouldn't recommend this apartment and will not stay here for future stays. Besides that, having a kitchen was nice, the cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly thus the one star.

        It was way past 4pm and our room was still not ready. Extremely frustrating especially after being on the road for 3 plus hours. Judging from the incorrect name on the TV screen, they must have given ours to another customer, which explains the tardiness. Very, very outdated interior. We've been a long standing client with the Marriott brand and have visited many Marriott locations worldwide. Sorry Marriott, think we're gonna spend our hard earned money in the future elsewhere.

        Stayed here for 33 days. Awful customer service. Room key stopped working and was told the locking system needed a new battery. Over a week later and still wasn’t replaced with no valid explanation except “engineer will fix it tomorrow”. Throughout this time, rooms were not cleaned either. Rooms are outdated and facilities are very limited. I don’t recommended for the price. Only positive is the restaurant staff are very nice and welcoming.

        Marriott rocks! Incredibly spacious suites, fully equipped kitchens, in-room washers, superb housekeeping staff, including my favorite, Opo, whose supervisor, Gopal, follows up to ensure you receive top notch service. Complimentary breakfast overseen by chef Sharwan with an endless array of fresh and made to order food choices, MTO hot drinks (latte/cappuccino/hot chocolate) super-attentive wait staff, including Fahad, Jayson, Smile and Tio who wait on each customer as if you were royalty. Khan and Adnan are first class doormen and will take care of each detail making your stay a five-star experience. The rooftop amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and a panoramic view of Riyadh’s distinctive skyline including a breathtaking view of the Kingdom Center Sky Bridge. This is my second stay here visiting my husband this year and the level of service has been consistently top notch. The employees clearly take pride in their work which exemplifies the excellent level of service Marriott is known for.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
