During my recent stay at the Marriott Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were not only spacious and well-appointed but also exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and style. The breakfast served at the hotel was truly amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. What stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Issam from the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in process. Additionally, the staff in the breakfast area were attentive, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. Moreover, the hotel's gym was another highlight of my stay. The gym was impressively well-equipped, featuring a range of modern exercise machines, free weights, and other fitness amenities. It provided ample opportunities for guests to maintain their workout routines and stay active during their stay. In conclusion, the Marriott Hotel not only offers exceptional rooms and an amazing breakfast but also provides outstanding service and a well-equipped gym. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. While the hotel had a convenient location and spacious rooms, there were a few disappointments. Upon check-in around 07:00 pm, one of our reserved rooms wasn't ready, causing a delay. We stayed at the given room until we checked again regarding the other one. After receiving it, the room we were given had a strong cigarette smell, despite attempts to mask it. After requesting a room change, we were finally moved to a different room late in the evening, which was inconvenient given our tiredness and early appointment the next day. It was disheartening that the hotel didn't thoroughly check the rooms before assigning them to guests. However, the staff was responsive and tried to address the issues. The security is really high which I liked too. Despite these, I hope the hotel takes this feedback constructively to improve the overall guest experience because I don’t think this is the standard of different Marriott hotels that I’ve stayed at earlier which makes me cancel any plans to reserve for my upcoming stays in AD.

Excellent service for business hotel. Well done to all staff very helpful and prompt. Gym is good does the job. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. (Bit old deco but who cares really. It does what it says on the tin)

The staff are amazing!! The room was quite large and full of all the amenities I needed for my stay. The breakfast spread is varied and there’s something for everyone fresh baked goods. The bread is delicious eggs to order and a great salad with smoked salmon is probably my favorite despite the fact that the restaurant is extremely busy every morning the team welcomes everyone and provides great table service. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Food was really great we had bfast and Lunch. Love to stay here plus Staff very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was fun and had great view .Service is fast too. Highly recommended one of top hotels in Abu Dhabi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
