We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very quiet, ( we did overlook the courtyard and not the street and on the 3rd floor) and clean, with daily housekeeping service. The location was very good and within walking distance to restaurants and places we wanted to see, Wharf, Pier 39. The people working here were excellent (Madison Tim, Timmy) with daily greetings and great attitudes, much appreciated! I do wish they had food at the hotel, but appreciated the great, free coffee in the morning and the fruit-infused water.

Our original plan was to have a stopover in San Francisco and stay at Vacation Club Pulse the evening before our flight to Asia the next day. However, the Canadian winter threw a wrench into our plans. Our flights were rerouted due to delays, and instead of arriving in San Francisco the night before, we would now be landing the next morning (fortunately, our flight to Asia was scheduled for the evening). Vacation Club Pulse graciously allowed a last-minute free cancellation and rebooked our stay for the following day through Marriott Bonvoy customer service. Upon our arrival, I expressed gratitude to the staff for accommodating the changes to our booking. I explained the flight complications that led us to spend the entire night in an airport due to the rerouting. The front desk promptly contacted the cleaning staff to prepare a room for us and allowed us to check in early so we could freshen up and get some much-needed rest. I would like to commend the Vacation Club Pulse staff for their exceptional understanding and flexibility during our challenging situation. Despite spending most of our short stay catching up on sleep, we did manage to explore the Fisherman's Wharf, which is just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms were also spacious and clean. I plan to be a returning customer whenever I come back to San Francisco. Highly recommended!

Clean, cozy, comfortable and easy to walk to a number of places in Fisherman's Wharf. Service was phenomenal! My sister forgot her wallet in the room and they reached out and mailed it back within a week. Thank you, THANK YOU! Check out and stay at this great hotel. :)

We really enjoyed the hotel for being downtown San Francisco. The beds were comfortable. I found the room to be very clean and modern. A few things that could improve is of course some sort of free breakfast, microwave in the room. Check out is 11 am however housekeeping was knocking at our door at 9 am asking us when we were leaving. We were still taking our time to wake up. The coffee in the hobby was very good. Our kids really enjoyed the flavoured water dispenser. That was a cool feature.

Nice and clean hotel. Decent gym and common lounge area at the lobby. But a huge downside is the soundproofing - VERY VERY POOR. I can hear the guy next door snoring, hear people talking outside loud and clear and footsteps from the room upstairs really drove me crazy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
