Marriott's Imperial Palms Villas is a perfect blend of spacious accommodations, resort amenities, and a convenient location. Easy access to Walt Disney. Whether you're looking for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, the resort offers something for everyone. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Orlando.

Rented 2 units here for a week for a trade show; everything was great! Friendly staff and great accommodations. Everything in the units worked (except for a toaster which they replaced) and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen layout with the huge counter is great for large groups like ours. Will definitely try to stay here again for the next show. Biggest downside is the wifi speeds; literally unusable at some times of the day even when the resort isn't packed.

We had 2 rooms, but the master bedroom was missing a washroom door.. which was very odd so that if you wanted to shower or go to the washroom you had to do it in full view od the master bed..and lock the door. We only had a reg tub not a hot tub.. but we had a fridge that gave us ice!

Yikes, things have changed and not for the better. The staff has been pleasant and that’s were it ends. We got spam called with six voicemails and three messages for timeshare tours even though we declined. When we checked in they won’t give you your parking passes until you let them pitch you again. You have to bring and return your towels to the time share when using the World Center pool and your not allowed to use the water park. The stairs are covered in feral cat poop. The downstairs family is smoking so much pot you can’t sit outside and the front desk won’t answer or do anything about it. The grill is closed and broken with electrical hours are hanging out of the grown. The quality at Imperial has fallen off dramatically and you would definitely try and stay at a Disney hotel. Hopefully they will return to quality that they used to be.

Excellent and beautiful. When traveling with the family and looking for space and comfort this is you your place. Amazing views, great interior, and fully equipped kitchen. Oh, and let's not forget that they offer plenty of parking. Just Perfect!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
