        Highlight: Awesome bathtub. Stars given for: 1) Really clean room and comfortable bed. Clean, white, fluffy towels. No robes and bedroom slippers though. 2) the luxurious feel. 3) Toothbrushes and toothpastes and a small tube of body lotion. 4) Nice view of city and harbour. 5) Good housekeeping. Refill shampoo and running low. Replenish mineral water and also coffee capsules. No stars for 1) hard to locate. Didn’t know at first that Sofitel shares the same building. 2) Floor level same as reception level. Kind of weird feeling. 3) not offering cheaper alternative parking as default. 4) small wardrobe with weird way to hang clothes.

        We booked 7 rooms for work. Several were not ready when we checked in at 4pm, I insisted they then moved rooms around to accomodate us as we only had one hour to get ready for a black tie event. We had also given 30 minutes warning before our arrival! Two of these new rooms had occupants in them when we entered. One was asleep and both our employee and the woman sleeping screamed! This seems like the most basic no-no? Surely?! This is a huge security concern and could have ended quite badly. We had problems getting both of our vehicles out of the car park and getting assistance after hours is almost impossible. This is not a good hotel to bring staff too. It is extremely variable, and despite having nice enough staff, they are not competent and equiped to deal with the day to day tasks and pressures. Having booked the hotel for 8 of us, I was very embarrassed at the multitude of issues each person encountered.

        The room was nice. Sadly, we booked a balcony room but were not advised there was no smoking on the balcony. When asking why we were not told, we were told it was written in their policy. We did a walk in booking. Like others, there were no signs advising where reception was 😓 or how to make contact. The coffee pod machine had not been cleaned and it took several run throughs to get clean water. We paid for parking, however, our card was not keyed to access the parking lot and we were unable to retrieve items we wanted until reception opened the next morning. We were told they don’t usually key cards to the carpark. Felt like the money we paid did not justify having to have staff collect us to check in, access the car park and we needed staff to come with us to remove our car from the car park. The wifi was not very good and kept cutting out. Won’t be back or recommending.

        Had a disappointing stay, the service is poor and confusing as they don't actually own the hotel and don't offer any of the services a hotel usually offers. The foyer staff wouldn't even call a taxi for us as we wernt staying as sofitel guests. We had brand new clothing items still in their bag go missing from our room when we were out sight seeing but staff denied taking it and we were unable to prove anything as they wouldn't check cameras and didn't care. The bag was huge and white so it couldn't of been mistaken for rubish. I will never stay here again and will tell anyone I know looking for accommodation to stay away. A police report has been lodged.

        Stayed there recently and was disappointed with the services and facility. No reception at the front. Room with broken light and blocked toilet. No basic sanitary supplies and no room services offered. No gym, no restaurant of its own. It share the stay building with Sofitel, but totally different. Would not stay there again.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
