It was my first time in Marseille and on the first day of our trip I was alone, so I wanted a safe hotel to stay :) It was beyond my expectations. Very clean room, nice city view, helpful staff and the location is great! Definitely recommended. Special thanks to the staff, they were really helpful about the cultural tips!

Had a lovely 3 nights stay for my husband's birthday. Lovely room on the top floor and a complimentary bottle of wine and birthday card a very nice touch. We did not have breakfast as we slept in till late but it looked lovely! Staff (especially Theo) were so nice and helpful made our stay more pleasurable. Highly recommend this hotel in the centre of Marseille near to lovely restaurants and shops. Book it now!!

From making the reservation including answering questions to arrival, staying and late check out highly recommended. Being suprised with a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary was very thoughtful and much appreciated!! The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful; the 24h water/tea/coffee availability an added bonus. The location is perfect for a long weekend stay. Thank you!!

Had an amazing stay here. Brilliant location, amazing value for money. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I don't know the name of the person who checked me in (around 4pm, November 3rd) but they were so so helpful and friendly. If I'm back in Marseille I will 100% stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
