I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel located in the heart of Rome. The hotel's cleanliness and contemporary elegance were immediately apparent, offering a refreshing and comfortable experience. Its prime location is a major plus, conveniently within walking distance to all of Rome's main attractions, making exploration easy and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was great, featuring an extensive array of options to suit all tastes – a perfect start to each day. The customer service was wonderful. Daria at the front desk was notably fantastic, providing personalized and attentive service that greatly enhanced my stay. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of modern luxury, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Rome in a welcoming setting. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Rome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The location is absolutely perfect, and the service is amazing. The rooms are nicely renovated, offering a comfortable four-star standard experience at a reasonable price. A couple of things to note: the breakfast is not a buffet but a fixed selection, primarily sweet items typical of an Italian breakfast. If you’re hoping for savory options like eggs, be prepared to pay extra. Also, there’s a city tax of 15 euros per night, which was an unexpected addition to the bill. Overall, a good stay with just a few surprises. Would recommend for its excellent location and service!

Our two-night stay at Martius Suites was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were welcoming and helpful. One highlight of our stay was the generous breakfast spread. The rooms themselves were a perfect blend of classic Roman design and contemporary style, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Martius Suites in the future Since is nearby many touristic places

Outstanding hotel! Perfect location with all sights within walking distance. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you. The included by breakfast was a great start to each day with little updates each day which is a lovely touch. I feel any previous reviews that didn’t like the breakfast just don’t understand the wonders of a continental breakfast. We went for our Honeymoon and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here recently to enjoy the beauty of Rome. We were very pleased with the staff and overall cleanliness. Location is great, with the added security downstairs giving you that extra comfort. Special thanks to staff member Daria who helped to locate an item we had left behind after checking out. She was most helpful and ensured immediate delivery back to us at home!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
