The location of this hotel is SUPERB! directly across the road from Tokyo Station, made traveling to places with our 1 year old so convenient. The room was clean, spacious and staff are very friendly. The only disappointing part for us was the buffet breakfast had very limited options. That said, we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two nights at this little gem of a hotel and would have given them 5 stars but I didn’t have the opportunity to try the food. Maybe next time as this is now my go to favourite hotel in central Tokyo. The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were excellent. The efficiency and service were all excellent. Location wise you come out into the Tokyo central station depending on the exit of choice but you feel as though you’re tucked away in the hotel from all the Tokyo chaos. It’s not cheap but if you have the spare pennies then I strongly recommend!

Very nice hotel. They upgraded to a slightly bigger room/bed which was much appreciated. Room size was reasonable for Tokyo. Location was ideal- convenient to Imperial palace, shops, restaurants, and could get train or taxi easily to anywhere else.

In case it helps other travelers, here are some basic details about my trip: first time to Japan (from US), solo traveler, female, plus-size, flew into Haneda airport. I booked this hotel last-minute through Rakuten Travel; I only needed one night on my arrival date since I was leaving for Iwate the next day, so it was pricey but not outside my budget at all. Finding the hotel was a little tricky because the entrance is quite small (and I overshot it and walked more than I needed to), but it's clearly-labeled once you know what you are looking for. The staff were very friendly and patient with me -- especially considering I was a sweaty, jet-lagged foreigner still trying to get my bearings. They offered to help take my luggage up to my room, and the young man who helped me was very nice and explained how to use my room key at all of the scan points. I was so tired that I could barely appreciate the room before I passed out. But, when I woke up, I realized how nice it was. I slept great; the AC unit worked perfectly and the sheets were so comfortable. The view of the train lines outside my window was fantastic. I took a much-needed hot bath in the AM, and the hygiene products were quite nice (especially for sensitive skin). The complimentary water and coffee was very appreciated. Everything was clean, and all the general pictures here are true to how the lobby and rooms look. You cannot beat the location. Tokyo Station is literally right next to the hotel. There are stores everywhere nearby, and there is a 7-11 just around the block. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again -- and book a little earlier to make it an even better value! [EDIT]: Right before I left, I finally realized what this dial was for! It's a volume control for the television! It pipes the audio into a speaker above the toilet. 🤯

Recommended to stay if you are travelling around Tokyo. Quiet and strategically connected to the Tokyo Station. Rooms are great and reasonably spacious for Tokyo. Friendly customer service as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
