        Simply don't go there... Avoid at all costs. They try to rip off clients, and items are often stolen in the rooms, when you are away. Even in the safe! Check reviews.. You don't feel secure. No toilet seat in our bedroom toilets, and despite a complaint to reception, they seems not care at all and find sill excuses to justify this...unacceptable. And the worst, they didn't fix it! Constant problems with the electronic doors and the access cards, impossible to get inside our bedroom a few times as the electronic lock was faulty on the doors. Poor wifi, impossible to watch a simple film at night.. The hot water isn't hot, just a bit warm but not enough... Shower with curtains (who does that nowadays??) ... No views.. Just buildings around.. Roof top pool and BBQ sitting area in poor conditions... The 2 persons at reception don't care at all of your well-being, they just want your money, and at the end when you check out, they will charge extra you for anything they can (for us it was imaginary stains on old bathroom towels, unbelievable)

        I have to say that I was impressed with this hotel. It is a small hotel with five floors Plus the Terrace where the pool and the restaurant is located. I was located on the second floor and the room was Tiny but it felt very cozy. It is well designed and everything is in its place. I really like the size of the TV the mirror and the amazing king sized bed. It was very comfortable. They also offer a water fountain where you can fill your water bottle or where you can get a cold glass of water in the middle of the night which is a plus! As mentioned before the pool is located on the R floor and it is 1.20m deep and you can see and relax in the sunbeds after swimming. They do have bathrooms but I wish they also had a shower. That would be really helpful Like most places check in is at 3:00 p.m. but the good thing is that check out is at noon. This is well appreciated. I will definitely come back in the near future

        Do yourself a favour and avoid this place if you want to enjoy your holiday. I really wish we read the other reviews properly before booking. The place is very outdated and dirty. My toilet seat had wee all over it when I checked in and when I asked for housekeeping to clean it, they arrived and just wiped it with a rag and no cleaning product. I then used a baby wipe to wipe the seat and it was completely black with dirt 🤢. The WiFi didn’t work and the shower water was cold. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding and towels were of questionable cleanliness. The pool area is dirty and outdated and not at all like the photos, none of the photos are anything like the reality. After reading the reviews about hotel staff coming into rooms and stealing things from the safe and room, we kept our valuables on us at all times, I recommend you do the same if you unfortunately have to stay here. Upon checkout, they charged us a lot for some marks on a towel that will come off in the wash - this is clearly one of their reoccurring scans if you read the other reviews. But we were prepared for them to do this anyway as we knew they were sleazy scammers. Not sure where they got their 4 stars from, must have bought them with all the money they stole from guests 🤷🏽‍♀️

        DO NOT STAY HERE Unless you enjoy… - Slow WiFi which doesn’t work half the time - Dirty rooms (there was urine on our toilet seat which when raised, they wiped with a cloth and no cleaning product) - Unfriendly staff - No amenities - Getting your deposit scammed for no reason - No hot water (I don’t mind this but you might) Bonus: Check the reviews and you’ll see there have been multiple incidents of hotel staff stealing from people’s bags and safe. The only good thing about this place is the location, I’d say avoid unless you are used to hostel conditions, have nothing of value, and are ready to give up your deposit.

        Where to start… - Terrible customer service. Staff very arrogant as if it annoys them you are here. Give you bad looks when you walk in and out of the hotel. - Walls very thin so you can hear everything including the loud music outside - Poor wifi, you’d be lucky to use it for more than 5 minutes before it stops working - Dirty and unequipped rooms. Our room with dirty towels with holes in them. Missing toilet seats in our bathrooms. Doors locking by themselves so unable to access rooms/toilets. Keycards working once every blue moon. No hot water in showers. I can go on and on. To finish off we were informed that we would not be getting back our full deposit because a face towel had a small piece of makeup on it (easily washable). Deposit was 1000 pesos, they charged us 420 for this little towel. So all in all terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
